The final issue that pushed me to close all of my accounts was their mishandling of a vehicle insurance situation. I had active insurance coverage and provided documentation--multiple times, including physically delivering it to their office where it was signed for. Despite this, they failed to process it correctly and attempted to backdate and charge me for force-placed insurance. Instead of resolving their internal mistake, they continued to request the same information again, creating unnecessary delays and financial stress. This is not an isolated issue. I have also dealt with repeated "fraud" flags that were never properly investigated or explained. Even worse, my debit cards were shut off multiple times with no notification whatsoever--no call, no text, no email. There were no suspicious transactions, no explanation--just suddenly being unable to access my own money. That is completely unacceptable. On top of that, interactions with staff across multiple branches have been consistently disappointing. There is a clear lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service. At times, the tone has been dismissive and unhelpful, especially when trying to resolve serious account issues. For an institution that claims to be "for people, not profit," my experience has been the exact opposite. The level of disorganization, lack of follow-through, and disregard for customers' time and finances is alarming.
