The broker dropped us in the 11th hour due to his egotistical arrogance and nothing more. Many promises made with nothing happening. Advice given that was over the line. Appliances which weren't original to the disclosure...an old electric oven, for example, was placed by someone in the kitchen. It wasn't the one in the pictures. My home mortgage was sold to them after a year or two, and I set up payments and have not done anything else with them until today. But after reading reviews looks like I'm going to be ignored.

During those months they sent a property preservation team (Craigslist junk hauler) to change my locks, and removed all of my personal property. I have statements from the men they hired, and proof they paid them. I continued to have my mortgage payments ach by the previous company and then was threatened by Capital Mortage to wire them the double payments. I've recently engaged with a law firm and I am filling multiple lawsuits.
