They really wanted to make my move fast and safe. For example one surprise was I needed to move an over sized bed to the 5th level master bedroom room in my new place. It's super heavy and I said they should just put it on a dolly and roll it. Kenny said they should carry it because it was so heavy it could leave marks on my wood floor. Very thoughtful. I'd definitely recommend 10 stars out of five if I cloud.

Midland Floor Care was another SCORE on a very good day with Home Advisor finds. Midland Floor…read moreCare has a large number of very positive reviews, all well-deserved. Justin was right on time for our appointment and I enjoyed our chat. I had 3 very large handmade wool rugs to be cleaned and he measured them all and gave me a price for each rug. At $1.25 per square foot including pick up and delivery, I was very happy that my beautiful rigs would be fresh and clean and I would not have to spend an extraordinary amount of money to do it. The following week, a Midland Floor Care team came out and picked up my rugs, both young men were personable and professional. Very nice to deal with. My rugs are taking slightly longer than the usual time to process, but the important thing from a customers service prospective is that Justin is very prompt about replying to phone calls and texts, so I know exactly where things stand. Communication is often missing from customer service these days, but Justin is excellent. It has been a pleasure doing business with him.

When they arrived, we had some water in the basement and they quoted us based on their normal pricing. Once the concrete came up, we couldn't believe what we were dealing with. It's a constant flow of water that required two sump pits and an insane amount of work to install our drainage system. Every time they tried to dig a pit it would backfill with sand and water- they had to dig this up painstakingly- foot by foot. We thought for sure we were in for additional costs, but they stuck by the original estimate. Since then, any time we've had an issue or a question, they are quick to answer. Poor Kelly and Bobby probably recognize our number on the caller ID but whenever we make a call or send an email, we always get a response- usually with a visit on the same day. We highly recommend this company for their honesty, customer service, and quality work.

I dare say OMA has been one of the BEST company I have hired. Professional, affordable and the owner, Mike Akins, is friendly, honest and professional. I originally called him out to clean the basement carpet after sewage water from a plumbing emergency had soaked the carpet. His pricing was so good that I ended up having him do most of the house. Then Mike surprised me and went over and above the space that we had previously agreed on! Amazing work ethics! And now that basement carpet looks like new and no longer smells, and there are those hallmark clean carpet streak marks all over. Thank you, Mike! You will have a repeat customer in me for all my carpet shampooing needs. P.S. But don't buy the Yelp voucher as Mike said they have been trying to take that off their listing for a long time, to no avail. In other words, OMA does not honor that Yelp voucher. I will need to get a refund back from Yelp or my credit card.
