I waited to write this review to see how the most recent windshield replacement we needed back on…read more1/6/2023 would hold up. Still looks good as new! My company has a few work trucks that travel often on the usual, terrible New Mexico roads with the usual, terrible drivers - New Mexicans, Texans, & Mexicans, y'all! Another Brothers Auto Glass has replaced two of our windshields due to multiple chips and cracks from flinging rocks on these routes. After dealing with big name companies like Safelite for many years, I'm proud to say that this small business in Hobbs, NM, is not only responsive and friendly, but they got the jobs done right the first times. It's not the most noticeable building on Grimes, but what really matters is... + fast repairs/replacements + competitive prices + friendly service + quick communication + no issues whatsoever with dropoff, pickup, or the truck being there with locked tool boxes, etc. Perhaps they are not as fancy as the big guys, but their work thus far has been top notch with quality glass. Plastic payment is accepted.

I had limited time to get an oil change and my usual spot was packed and was driving by and I stopped by and Rodger was so informative and attentive to all my questions. Gave me suggestions on the high value items they offered. I will definitely be going back not only because of their customer service but their fast service. Thank you to Rodger and all the sweet gentleman that work there.

My significant other drove down to Hobbs to meet my family. Right before we went on a weekend trip…read moretogether, though, he expressed the need to get the fluids on his SUV checked, and the oil and filter changed. He refused to go to the place that I have been going to because apparently he has an ex girlfriend who works there. I joked and said good I'll have a chat with her next time. He didn't think I was funny. LOL. I drove here on 6/23/2023 so he could go inside to check in and tell the service manager what he needed done. I thought we could just stay in the vehicle, but apparently not. I didn't see any signs, telling us exactly what to do. We arrived at ZK Express at around 10 AM. We waited maybe at most 5 minutes as all lanes where occupied. The entire process probably didn't even take a half hour. He declined to have his air filter replaced. The rest of the bill came out to about $93. If he had issues with their work, he would have told me but he made it back to Colorado just fine. The two employees that I interacted with while we sat in the SUV were very respectful and worked efficiently. Also, this is huge for me as my "second dad" and my ex-husband both used to work in car shops: theirs is fairly clean. Not messy or trashy. I drive my brother's full-sized diesel pickup often - at least 8 times a week. He recently got a full detail cleaning on it here - ZK Express did an excellent job getting rid of dog hair, kid prints, and junk food out of the cab. No clue what he paid, but it might be worth it every few months or so. Definitely putting this place on my list.

I hate being mean to small town businesses because I recognize that everyone is doing their best to…read morestay afloat. That said, I called Bigotes for a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle. The "tuner", Jose, conveyed to me that he was the only tech in the area who knew how to work on this particular model. The inspection report comes back with one major issue and everything else in great shape. When I receive the vehicle, the suspension is bouncy and rattling. Brakes are pulsating. Parking brake doesn't hold the car if pushed by hand. And it feels like there is drivetrain noise as well. Also "fluids checked out", but an entire reservoir is empty with a cap missing (seller later tells me, he's been driving it that way for months). The car has already been purchased and transport paid for. When I called about this inspection being faulty, I got an apology. But that was it.

Another ten stars for Supreme Mobile Lube LLC…read more I've had my oil changed by Supreme Mobile Lube LLC which was phenomenal, and I'll never use another oil changing service as long as they are in business here! Unfortunately for me, I had to contact them last week for a windshield crack I received from a nice flying rock. Fortunately for my wallet, my insurance company approved Supreme Mobile Lube LLC to fix said crack and I paid nothing out of pocket!!! They did another PHENOMENAL job! The process from making the appointment, putting in insurance claim, to getting crack fixed was smooth all the way through! Juan did an excellent job yet again! He even went a step further and spoke with my insurance company for me, to get it approved. I will be calling on Supreme Mobile Lube LLC to do all of my future windshield repairs without hesitation! They are mobile, which means they come to you!!! I LOVE having them come to me for the work to be completed! Their exceptional workmanship, over the top customer service and may I just add, the MINTS they leave behind! :) I HIGHLY recommend Supreme Mobile Lube LLC for all of your oil and windshield needs!!! (May I just add....when I went to look on my insurance info and app to see if Supreme Mobile Lube was on there, they were not, but when we called, they were easily approved without issue to do the work. So, if you do not see them on your list of approved companies, just call your insurance company and speak with them to get them approved. More than likely, they are already on list)

Mighty Wash provided a fundraising opportunity for the Hobbs High Varsity Co-ed Cheerleading team…read moreon Sunday, April 13, 2025, so they could purchase rings for their recent state championship. The team was there to assist customers at both Mighty Wash locations. The other is on Bender Boulevard. I didn't go to the wash that day, but I did purchase two washes to support their cause. The "Might Protect" wash which includes a Carnuba wax ceramic clear coat protection and tire gloss was $15, "a $28 value - good for 1 year from purchase date." I ended up going there on April 16 to get my Jeep scrubbed. A nice man came out to the kiosk to assist me. At about 11:40 am the place wasn't too busy. Another younger guy waved me inside the washing tunnel and lined me up on the rail. I had never been through a drive-through wash where a "basic wipe down" was offered. Just as I was going through the blower air dryer, two employees waved at me to let me know they were there and continued to wipe down my Jeep. The vacuums were to the left as I exited the tunnel. They were free. Fairly strong. Trash cans were available so I could empty the back seat of my children's candy wrappers and whatnot. I wasn't rushed to get out of the vacuum area as they do back in California. There were some spots that I had to buff myself, but not too many. And of course, I dried the Jeep myself even more with my own towel. I'll be coming here more often... certainly to use the second wash I have before summer vacation. TIP Beginning on May 1, 2025 they will be "going cashless." "Cash tips still appreciated."
