Honestly, I was at my wits end with the urine smell. The previous home owners had an elderly small…read moredog that urinated everywhere (and I mean everywhere), and spent just enough on a cheap carpet cleaning and some deodorizer to cover it up when we did our walkthrough and before they sold us the house. Within 2 weeks of us moving in, the smell was overbearing. We tried a ton of different spot cleaners and chemicals and nothing worked. I was going to throw up my hands, rip out all of my carpet, Kilz stain the entire baseboard, and replace the carpet. I thought it was my only choice. My wife found ALL PRO Chem-Dry online based on the good reviews and thought we'd give it a shot. Value: It's very expensive, but if they could get rid of the smell and guarantee their work, then I was in. As all the other reviews have mentioned, Joe C. is awesome. He's honest, professional, and very obviously takes pride in his work. Results: Incredible. I didn't think it would be possible to totally eliminate the urine smell. All Pro Chem-Dry and Joe C. are seriously my heroes. Borderline miracle workers. I just cannot thank you enough for making my home a cleaner, safer environment for my family. You've restored my sanity!

Initially I selected Rino Carpet Cleaning because they had a fast response rate, and Aliread the…read morespecs I took time to document for the job. We scheduled an appt for the cleaning. I was pleased to see automated text messages confirmed the job and described what to expect. Rino does a great job of blending multiple communication modes seamlessly (Yelp, person's cell, automated text number). This is a rare skill that should not be underestimated. Unfortunate there was an emergency and I had to cancel the job in the middle of the night before the service (see my review on drywall lol). Then the emergency was taken care of sooner than expected, so I contacted Rino again. We rescheduled service for the following day. An arrival window was provided; they arrived promptly. Ali did a walkthrough and we showed him a couple of stains. They began the service. There was a team of two, Ali and Ivan. Ali performed the stain treatment (stains came out!) and Ivan the all-over carpet cleaning. Both were friendly and professional. I will certainly hire them again.

I was very happy with their prompt response and availability as well as pricing. It was fantastic…read more I had them out to do two homes for us and at first thought the job was done well. When I got to our primary residence, I realized the dryer vent that was supposed to have been cleaned was not cleaned at all. And the ducts were supposed to have been cleaned. When I opened the one in our laundry room was still filthy. The dryer is also in the laundry room obviously and I wonder if it just got skipped altogether. Because the duct cleaning is so much more expensive than the carpet cleaning I had to rate the overall experience three stars because I ended up cleaning our dryer vent myself and vacuuming and cleaning the air duct in the laundry room myself because it is definitely the dirty one in the house. I thought I had Photos, but we're doing a lot of work too more than one house right now and I can't find them.
