He was very nice, and we had a good chat and were done in a couple of hours (not including the trip to Home Depot). When the invoice arrived, it was for eight hours of work plus all the supplies. Steve and his team took time to explain everything they were doing and why to us. They came in and measured everything, then sent back rendered drawings of options for design. I went to their showroom in Gaithersburg to look at the actual cabinet door samples - color, style, finish. We set dates that worked for me (my schedule was a bit complicated between work and travel and they were very flexible). There was some delay in getting certain materials in, but it wasn't too bad - they let me know and kept me posted on expected delivery. As construction went on, we made a few tweaks - a new outlet here, some additional painting there, etc. In the end - the results were beautiful. I really like my new cabinets! I would call them again for another project.
