Gill Tax Group (GTG) took me in last minute, thoroughly reviewed my returns after I had a hiccup with TurboTax and discovered that the TurboTax software did not flag the necessity to file in another state.* Had GTG not checked this and had I relied on TurboTax, I would have been subject to a review and possible full audit by not only the California Franchise Tax Board, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, but also the Internal Revenue Service. GTG cares and is very thorough. If they make a commitment to help, they have proven that be true. Trying to get through to TurboTax customer service was a nightmare and nobody understands what I'm asking or trying to do, notwithstanding the technical gliches they have. GTG understood came through and took over immediately and filed expeditiously--and I am very thankful. I cannot recommend this wonderful firm enough to others. * Had I opted for the "audit free protection" offered by TurboTax, it would likely have been denied because it only protects you in the State you file.
