Meanwhile the mold in the kitchen was getting worse. They keep saying they were going to have a professional come and clean it but at this point they were going to have to tear down the whole wall. Turns out the neighbors also have had mold problems that were never fixed so we moved out after 3 months arguing with them.

You sign a lease that puts you at $875.00 a month and comes your third month and your rent is $975.00 and they say, "it's the new fees for water". I know that was not the case, so I pay $975.00, and for the next three months, my rent is now $1050.00. I still have not made it to my new year and my rent keeps going up. Then after you go out 99% of the time they are false alarms. In my opinion it is just not worth living there. If you are on the waiting list, don't bother, you are setting yourself up for a big disappointment and it really is not worth it. Just some friendly advice. Please listen.
