When staff respond with a blank stare, then telling the customer, "I'm sorry, I don't understand", then telling the customer, "I'm confused", after practically having to draw a picture for the staff, that's a clear indication that staff needs more training or should look for a job elsewhere. She really didn't know what to do. I asked her if she could duplicate the same number on the one that I lost and she was bewildered. She made me a card but it had a different number. When I went to use the card to pay for an item, it didn't work because she didn't activate it. I went in again to get another card and the same employee made a new card and activated it but told me that I could not use it for more than 7 days. As a result, I can't use a debit card for a minimum of of a week and possibly 11 days.
