I waited 40 minutes to meet with Chris; he was the only customer service rep working at the time (besides the tellers). I am not sure if they are understaffed, or if his coworker(s) were taking a long break, but i was very frustrating to wait so long for something so simple. Once Chris was done helping the clients at his desk, he walked over to inform me that he had an appointment ahead of me (I was just a walk-in), and he'd be another 20 minutes or so. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to wait that long, so I became a little agitated. I came off as rude to Chris, but instead ofbeing offended or upset at my attitude, he gracefully asked the fellow with an appointment if he could help me first. The kind gentleman agreed, and Chris walked me over to his desk. After Chris explained his answers to all my questions (most of which i found to be easily answered by myself with the slightest amount of research), I sure felt like a doofus.
