I thought it was strange they didn't do first and last. They charged for 1st month and a $4000 dollar deposi. The kind pretty girl explained you get it all back. It is just in case something catastrophic happened. She told me that normal wear and tear was acceptable and would not impact getting the $4000 deposit returned in full. It was all lies. in the end they absolutely lied and made false reports to keep all of the deposit. I am disabled confined to a wheelchair. So I had lots of help. And a lot of people a very bothered by what Lori Hill and her troops are doing. It's a total scam. They are intentionally stealing and it is bad. Please do not use them. Run away!!!! I have never experienced anything as unethical as dealing with this establishment!!

Choosing Northwest Investment Management Services to manage my home as a rental is perhaps the…read moreworst decision I've ever made. I loved my home, and didn't want to sell after I got married. I thus decided to keep it as a rental. My first renter was wonderful. My second renter was letting the yard go. I thought a rental management company would help me ensure the house was kept in good condition. When I interviewed Rex, and told him how much the house meant to me, and how I was concerned that the yard was looking bad, I remember him telling me that he would make sure that I was proud of the house. In the 5-ish years that he managed the house, he did one walk through, and two inspections. The inspections were after neighbor complaints. Each time, I asked him how the house was, and he told me that everything looked fine. When the tenant finally moved out, we found: carpet soaked in urine, garage concrete soaked in urine, baseboard and molding chewed up, blinds chewed up, windows scratched, window screens ripped, about 1/4 inch of dog fur and dust on every surface, a shed stuffed with trash, mattresses and tires in the back yard, broken appliances, and more. In what universe would this be considered 'fine'?

I would not recommend renting from them. First off rent is way more than it's worth. Most of the…read moreappliances in the places are really old and when it comes to repairing them they can't find the parts. My Apt was so old and needed updated. The burners on the stove never fit correctly, there was excess paint residue left over when I moved in. Carpet is super old they just keep cleaning it instead of replacing it or fixing the flooring. Parking is atrocious and neighbors will park as many cars in the culdesac as possible not giving a crap about the neighbors. Make sure if you rent from them that you remember to get the utilities out of your name, god forbid if you forget. I forgot to do that and I was charged and extra 15 days and I wasn't even living there and they weren't willing to do anything about it because it's tenant responsibility apparently.

Our first salesman Jerry disappeared after a month, then a new person came in, which caused delays. Finally late July it's delivered. Unfortunately it was built with the wrong roofline!!! Our communications to Future Homes was extremely clear in verbage and images of what the roofline should be. After weeks of deliberation between KIT and Future Homes, the owner of Future Homes, Ben, called and informed us they would have it rebuilt. Later part of October the new home is delivered and the other removed. This is a summer place so by October we're back home 4 states away. We started communicating with a third sales rep, Marcus in April 2026 letting him know we'd be up in June and could we have the walk through done. He sent us paperwork to do the walk through ourselves of any repairs or adjustments needed. Those were sent back and no response. After a few emails I called him to schedule repairs in June when we arrived. We were told via email our 45 day window had passed and the company was done giving us "free stuff". Never dealt with such a rude representative ever!!!! Stay away!!!
