If I do not make a deposit what service are they rendering to me???? Also they just raise the "service fee" for mailing me a statement by 50% to $3.00 Online banking is tricky too. Becareful when adding a new payee. The default setting is, Citizens bank will contact the payee and have them deliver the bill to them instead of the account holder. As the account holder you have to refuse this option or it will automatically be enforced. Ridiculous. My search for a consumer friendly bank continues.

Now I know there must be people out there who have banked here for years longer than me but I recieved no sympathy from the teller closing my accounts. He did not try to save my account or apologize for the constant issues. It makes me sad to write this review since I was such a fan of this bank prior to the issues. However I have to say this credit union has changed and is no longer the bank down the road with friendly helpful faces. No it has now become a chain with low customer service standards like many other banks.

You can't add your card to your apple wallet, you can scan a check into the app. It's all so outdated. My account went overdrawn while working to change things over to a new bank and they charge you for the fees...makes sense. One day I checked and they charged me 6 times at once. So I call and I tell the very rude lady on the phone that I'm taking care of it and I have already switched the bill to my new account. I'm not sure why they keep trying to take it out of this account but in the meantime could you help me stop these fees from coming out. She said no as quick and rude as possible. I showed up yesterday (Friday) at 2:30pm for a 2:40pm appointment for TSA PreCheck enrollment. The…read morecheck-in line was around 8 or 9 people deep. I finally made it to the front to check in at 2:54pm and was handed a little card with the time handwritten on it. I was told to go sit and wait and that the TSA person would come out looking at people's "time" cards to see who was next. There was a couple already waiting when I sat down, and they ended up leaving because they couldn't wait any longer. I was finally seen by the TSA woman at 3:32. It seems like having an appointment means nothing. Very frustrating.
