The other companies wanted to completely redo my ring which was given to me by my parents for my new engagement. So this ring has a lot of sentimental value to it. I was quoted 750 from the first jeweler to have the whole band replaced with new prongs which I was told was mandatory or I wld loss my diamond. I then went to two other jewelers which said the same and quoted me 450 then the last quoted me 350. Me notknowing anything almost went with the 350. Well not needing to rush I waited and looked for a mom and pop jeweler. I then find J and J jewlers and had my very comforting conversation. I go in and spoke to the owners which were a married couple and thier son who was the jeweler about what needed to be done with my ring without changing it too much but keeping my diamond safe. They all look at and said the band was in good condition and all of my prongs were good except ine that was bent. I also needed it sized. They quoted me $40 to have mt ring done. Safe diamond and repaired not redone. They were extremely thorough and friendly. I assumed I would need to leave my rinf for a week or two. The jeweler which was the son said it would be done in 45 min. My jaw dropped in shock. Me being newly engaged I was so excited to have my ring back the very same day. I also had seen a negative review about them switching diamonds out and something about a watch repair. I showed my concern and the son made me feel very safe with them having ny ring. He mapped out my diamond so I wld know it was mine and was not switched. So that review was not helpful in any way and in my eyes seemed very inaccurate and distasteful. He actually apoplized for my concern. My experience was amazing the best by far. I will he back to buy my wrap for my ring and all my sizing and repairs will be done there. To top it off I wasnt sure if I wld make it back in time to get my ring before 6 when they close. The son told me he wld wait for me to get it because I get out at 6 and may be a few minutes later then 6. That was great customer service. And in the end they inly charged me 25 for the sizing because they only had to twist a prong in place. I will be sending people there for repairs and they now have me a loyal customer for such great work. I am a very happy soon to be bride with a safe diamond ring sized just right.

The pricing is casino pricing so you will pay more than if you went to any other cigar lounge or brick and mortar to purchase. The good news is they let you use points and if your an avid gambler they have rewards for you all as well. Inquire about that on your next visit!! One of my friends is a Swarovski nut, and to be honest, I never really understood it until I browsed this store: they have some really beautiful, unique, and wearable jewelry! I love their wrap-around bracelets (which can also be wore as a necklace). Plus, they have so many other cool and unique designs for necklaces, earrings, phone cases, and rings. They have a small section for men, too, with cuff links, watches, and rings. I don't really understand the kitschy crystal collectibles, but to each their own. The store was modestly staffed with one woman whose bubbly, effervescent personality was exactly what would be expected at a store like Swarovski. She was helpful in allowing me to try on a pair of very nice drop earrings ($125 for the pair), wiping them down with rubbing alcohol to sanitize them. A lot of nicer stores don't allow try-ons for earrings, but I'm glad Swarovski does! I may have found the perfect earrings to go with my wedding dress! She also looked up all the information for me, so that we could order it online if we couldn't decide on purchasing them that night. I loved the no-pressure feel I got from this place! While I didn't buy the earrings that night, I've gotten such positive feedback on the pictures I took while wearing them in-store, that I will definitely be ordering them online! Swarovski seems to just have that "edge": a sparkle, a shine, like a little glint of a smile that draws you in. I'm honestly so surprised that I ended up really liking this place, price tag and all. Upon first glance, it's easy to say "how can you charge so much? it's crystals, not diamonds!". But, looking over their merchandise, it's almost genius how exceptional the design of their jewelry is, both in style and function, and how that sparkle seems to just bring out the natural beauty in yourself.
