He is over priced, $155 for touching up my roots and I bring my own Goldwell Color & Developer, because I have allergies to Loreal products that are full of toxic chemicals. When I told Pete I would not be coming back, he raised my price on my way out the door on my last visit. He lied to me and said he raised his prices in January, I have been here three times this year, and he lied to my face. He is a very passive-aggressive jerk..... I would Never Trust Pete..... Diana told me things I've never heard before and even sent me home with a cheat sheet. My hair went from an untamed lion's mane to a cute curly cut that makes me smile when I look in the mirror...I haven't felt that way in ages. I just moved to the area and was excited to have my first haircut in a while. Jay is an experienced hairdresser and gave me a great haircut. That being said, she was complaining that she didn't know my hair was long prior to the appointment and ended up charging me $155 for a simple layered haircut, no color. I even came to the appointment with my hair washed and still wet, and she insisted on washing it before cutting it. I was happy with my cut and asked the total, and she wouldn't say it while other clients were present. She handed me a calculator with the total on it (155) and wouldn't look me in the eye as I paid her. Again, it was a good haircut but very sad to leave the salon feeling like I was taken advantage of. I wanted this to be a place I could return but sadly I won't. I hope others can have a better experience.
