I'm not responsible until they send their bill to the insurance company and do what they need to do as a billing office. They are only allowed to bill me for a coinsurance if the EOB specifies I received an $1100.00 bill from Dr Weigles office I had an office visit the first and only visit at 1088 North Broadway Yonkers , Ny - I paid my $40.00 copay and my UHC insurance paid for the service that was billed and he is in network with my plan so why in the heck would I get a bill for $1100.00 what the heck is going on with this billing office? Before making this apt I verified with my ins and with the office of Dr Weigle my responsibility was $40 which is my copay and the EMG And muscle test amount I may be responsible if this service was billed which based on the UHC EOB it was not billed and even if it was billed the amount I would have been responsible for is $115.00 and that is all I am not responsible for anything else I will never go to this office again because of the fraudulent bill I received nor will I ever recommend this office I am not paying $1100.00 for an office visit

The front desk, the pt aides, the physical therapist, and Dr. Weigle himself. They are all very personable and kind. I never feel rushed or feel like I am bothering anyone. Dr. Weigle and his whole team are nothing short of amazing!

I'm so so thankful for Dr. Benjamin Bonte, his incredible expertise and the amazing staff at Bonte Medical. I was in excruciating back pain (l5-s1 disc herniation) and admittedly in a very very dark place physically, mentally, & emotionally. I've suffered with back pain for more than a decade so I'm all too familiar with back pain but thisss time i was unable to sit, walk, stand, let alone roll over in bed. The very thought of having to use the restroom was a monumental feat. Enter Dr. Bonte and his incredible staff. I called one day unsure whether or not I would even be able to get any sort of relief soon, and they reassured me I could be seen the very next day. His incredible staff, as well as Dr Bonte's attentive and empathetic bedside manner truly was what I needed in order to see a light at the end of the tunnel. And sure enough, he immediately started me on a plan and worked things out for me so that I could start feeling better little by little. I was apprehensive about getting a cortisone injection in my lower back but I felt taken care of and knew that Dr. Bonte would be the one to do it best. And that he did. I'm so so thankful for his skill & expertise.

Quality PT from someone who cares!…read more One of my friends was referred to Terry from her surgeon (they had a list of PT places, but she was specifically told to go to Terry). When I met Terry, I immediately saw why both doctors and my friend recommended her. I have been around a lot of PT and had never had such a thorough examination. What was most notable was how much Terry explained to me- something I had not experienced before. Not only was she very upfront about how bad my issue was, she gave me a really great understanding of what was going on, how I had gotten there, and what we would be doing to fix it. I'm not the best with keeping up with my exercises, but I started to understand that we would get through the process much faster when I was good about them. Terry was firm but sensitive to what I was going through. And she made me understand that this was a team effort and I was not going to get better unless I put in my fair share. I have never had someone put so much thought and care into my understanding and participation. And it absolutely made a difference! I had thought that my back issues would just keep coming back because I'm getting older. Terry helped me understand how to manage things on my own. She also has great hands, so I will still see her occasionally when I need more help (also because she's just fun to talk to!). But between the work she has done on me and with me, I no longer feel like I have to live with back pain forever if I take care of myself. Thank you, Terry, for your dedication to actually healing your patients! If you want to get better and learn how to stay that way, go see Terry!!!!

A lot of other doctors just tell me the name of the problem, prescribe some medicine and charge the copayment. He didn't just do that, but pointed me in the right direction of proper footwear, what I need to do while at home, took casts of my feet for custom orthotics, gave me braces to wear while sleeping, and even gave me temporary inserts to wear while waiting for my customs to arrive. He also explained the importance of follow ups and proper foot-care that he would administer in future visits to keep my feet in good condition such as nail clipping and callous removal. He's very down to earth and easy to talk to. I had a lot of questions that he answered and was actually glad that I'd asked. These are my feet. I walk for a living on very hard and uneven surfaces. I'm so glad I decided on Dr. Knee because I am on the road to recovery, and I'm already feeling a difference with every step thanks to him.
