Long story short- He helped add me onto my husbands account and noticed that there was a returned check from the SchoolsFirst from my work with my name on it. I hadn't been added to my husbands account yet so out of caution the bank returned my direct deposit to my work. Before I had the change to ask about it at all-he noticed and jumped into action to help. I just assumed there was nothing that could be done about it so I hadn't mentioned anything... he fixed the issue without being asked and helped me tremendously. That to me is above and beyond.
