Tellers can't do simple things like address changes, and the short staffed bankers take too long with each customer. Managers not available on weekends ("bankers hours" I presume). If you're short staffed, and managers don't want to be available, maybe you should teach whoever's there to do more things? I don't run TD Bank but if I'm competing with digital banks out there, I'd dam sure make my staff are well trained and can help customers. Otherwise what's the point of a retail location? Your days are numbered anyway with ATMs and digital transactions replacing tellers and bankers.

I have accounts with Citi and Chase as well, but ordering checks from anywhere would have taken too long, so I decided to run into this branch for some personalized Cashier's checks made out to the staffers in my building. Michelle & Fawzia were quick to assist at this branch, taking the list of staff that I had and typing the names/information themselves (side note: Citibank wanted me to do it myself AND charge $8 per check despite my Citigold account status) They worked diligently for almost 30 minutes, offering me some chocolate truffles while I was waiting. Both of the ladies were friendly, and as other customers were coming and going, the manager was greeting many of them by name...nice.

Most of the people who work here are genuinely nice and have good intentions. I see the same faces every time I go in to do any banking and I like them as people so I feel, dare I say, a bit guilty at giving this negative review? If you're going in to make a regular deposit or a withdrawal it's a delightful little office. Anything more complicated than that, fugeddabouddit. Call the number on the website or on the back of your ATM card and sort it out with them. Know why I recommend that? Because that's precisely what the employees of this branch do while you're sitting there with your mouth hanging open in disbelief!!! They call the very same bleeping number and go through exactly what you would go through doing this by yourself at home in your PJs without having to navigate the exasperating parking situation near the building. Seriously? What the hell is the point? And you know those deposits and withdrawals I just recommended making at this branch? Well, they've installed the new ATMs that do all that for you and which are available 24/7, so I guess you could even skip the human interaction altogether if you wish. Meh.

Citibank has high fees yes but I've been with them so long I'm loyal and frankly this branch doesn't set those rates. I can't see any fault with them unless of course you have a problem with banks in general. Then yes they are not exempt from borrowing money and paying us nothing in interest to invest our money - and charge us! But that's what capitalism is all about so may as well get screwed in a friendly clean place.
