I've been a Chase banker for years now and the reason is simple... They have always taken good care of my banking needs... This comes from a retired banker. I don't visit branches much anymore since the invention of the ATM and online banking. This place is big and bright and an attentive staff that seemed very attentive to their customers.. There were many cubicles and meeting tables... I imagine it can get very busy here. I used the teller to help me make some change. She was pleasant, helpful and reinforced my belief in being a Chase customer. If you have a choice to make about local banks I recommend this Chase branch for your banking needs. Kudos to a wonderful team here.

Due to COVID restrictions, most banks are only taking clients via appointments and unaware of that, I walked into the bank today for something important. If anyone from the Wells Fargo Corporate office is reading this review, I would like to say Thank you and you should feel proud of individuals like Stephanie who go out of their way to assist clients. I would highly recommend this branch for banking.

My only current issue with banks theses (I am a former banker) is that they working with fewer people in their branches as so much information is available on-line. The issue is that i'm at the branch because the information I need or task I want to complete cannot be done on-line. The branch staff is extremely courteous and very helpful. I went in today, and explained to the teller if I could pay my statement balance for a personal credit card, as well as my business card. No problem! He pulled up my accounts. Gave me my balances. Therefore, making me pay extra monies I didn't have to pay until next month! My mistake for assuming a teller knew the difference between a statement balance and a current balance!

It is quite important to ensure you have those skills in someone when you are a first-time home buyer. You will hit the lottery if you use Bobby Papadopulos as your loan officer. There are not enough words to express the upmost gratitude and satisfaction with his services or his team. There are so many people in this industry for quick cash and possibly the wrong reasons. Bobby is the complete opposite. I was more than defeated in the home loan process. After a random yet quick search on Yelp, I found Bobby and decided to message him. I see why he has five stars. Although skeptical, because who is perfect? I have seen perfection in his abilities. Bobby allowed me to call him at 7:00 AM, through tears and disarray coming from my end, he stated, "I will help you". My situation was far from easy, he decided to still help us. Through diverse companies not explaining the process or requiring funds without explanation, Bobby held our hands throughout this entire process. From day one to closing day and beyond, Bobby does not leave you. He takes the time to explain to you what is occurring, why it is occurring and how to ensure a successful closing, organize finances and better yourself. He is extremely patient and understanding. He has worked in his personal time to guarantee deadlines would be met and satisfied. Without being local to me, he communicated with agencies near me to get the work done. Five stars does not compare to the amount that he and Contour Mortgage deserves. He has completely changed our lives for the better. Bobby is someone I wish was in every field not just the mortgage company because he brings professionalism, kindness, and perception. If you are looking for a home, find a home with a person who cares about your wellbeing above all.
