My checking account was the victim of Zelle fraud. Over the course of several days, a significant amount of money was taken from my account and sent unauthorized to people I do not know. I reported it to Chase and the police. Chase refuses to replace the money claiming that the transactions were made from an IP address with the same geographic location as mine. They don't want to hear about cyber fraud, the fact that I never used the account to make Zelle payments and they didn't conduct any significant investigation. The bank branch manager, "Ray", was of absolutely no help and claimed his hands were tied, which I know is not the truth because branch managers have discretion under a certain amount of money. "Ray" also told a bank representative who was trying to assist me not to answer any of my calls or talk to me. I would absolutely NOT do business with this bank! They don't care about their customers. Chase should be ashamed of how they conduct business with loyal customers. read more
