I would like to also add that my elderly grandmother was waiting for me and she suffers from arthritis. She does not have a phone so I had no way of contacting her and letting her know why I was taking so long. I had to walk around the store to ask a random associate for help and to my surprise she was able to unlock the cabinet. I was furious. My grandmother had to wait for me standing for more than 30 minutes. I then proceeded shopping, grabbed two more items and found that she was gossiping to another employee about our recent interaction and it was completely rude and unprofessional of her. I Then decided to make a formal complaint and asked another associate if she could help me, she said "I don't know if I can". She was an Old woman named Brenda I believe. I asked her to speak with the supervisor and I then waited 20 more minutes. No one showed up. I spoke to no one and Brenda did not provide me with any further details about the status of the supervisor. I even spoke to another woman who was throwing away trash if service was always this bad and she said yes. I asked her if it would be better to call and complain and she said yes so I left. I then called twice and after three minutes of being on hold each time the phone call was cut from their end. I will be complaining to the higher ups and I WILL be submitting several formal complaints to several different agencies. This is honestly so frustrating. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I honestly had no idea that.this..was..still a thing shopping at JcPenny's. I'm not blind I've seen…read morethe logo but have never shopped there in my adult years. When I was younger I'd go with my older Aunt and my grandparents who actually still shop JcPennys and Belk Religiously. So I was a bit put off when my 20 something single co worker was like "On our lunch break lets go to JcPenny's!" I was like "Okay." Very unsure about going an randomly I had this thought that it would smell like my nanna's house, you know moth balls Red Door perfume & bacon.(Lol) This may seem a little bit insensitive but Thats what I thought. But It wasn't like that at all. My co worker took back some items she previously purchased, while I just sort of roamed around they had really cute children's clothes but I don't have any small children. The shoes were cute I tried on a few. I don't know maybe it's just not my type of store. I'm more of a Macy's, Dillards type of girl. The store was very clean well organized and most of the employees were polite. Although my review is mostly my personal thoughts. I was in the waiting area when she came in & she said hi as she passed. I had been waiting for about 20 minutes past my appointment time then and I was ok with it. But she left me waiting 30 more minutes. Then I guess it was a friend of hers, walked up and she came out and talked to her. It was clear that she wasn't expecting this person. They talked for a few minutes then went to the back. About 15 or so minutes later I asked somone about my appointment that I was still waiting for so she went to the back to ask the stylist for me. A little while later the girl came back and told me that the stylist asked her to let me know that she wouldn't have time for me today. I had already been there waiting for almost 2 hours past my appointment time and now she doesn't have time for me today? Soo very rude!! And the manager was unwilling to do anything. I've made sure to book with other stylists since then and they've done a good job on my hair but there have been a couple of other times when I felt like I was not treated well. I don't know why, I'm a very easygoing person. I've never been picky or rude and I always tip well. The work is good but I'm tired of unfair and unprofessional treatment so I'll find another salon.

I have been on the hunt for a refrigerator for several months but they are super expensive! My…read morecoworker talks about Little Depot every week in our meetings and she sent me a picture of a refrigerator for $500 so I decided to drive across town to see what the fuss is about. Let me tell you something..this store is HomeDpot 2.0 as in most everything in this store comes from Homedepot. They have appliances, tools, power tools, hot water heaters, dishwashers, tubs, light bulbs, rugs, everything at extremely discounted prices. I had to return the next day for the refrigerator because they do not hold items. The store hours on the website are wrong so I had to wait 2 hours before they opened I'm so thankful my handi guy was gracious to come back. They only accept tap or cash app, which I thought was weird. Receipts are emailed or texted. I asked to plug up the refrigerator to make sure it works before I left the store and they assured me all appliances are out the box and work fine but if I had any problems I could drive another 45 minutes back out there to return it, lol. I took a gamble and got it home, Plugged it in and it works great. I noticed several appliances had deep dents in them but were being sold at the same price which I disagree with. Some of the appliances also wobbled a little.

Youll be a little disappointed! So for example, a pair of leggings at Ross are way cheaper, but point #2 the quality of the merchandise will probably be better at Marshalls versus Ross. This Marshalls was quite organized and didnt have the clearance racks way in the back or mixed up with the regular price racks. Only drawback I see at Marshalls is the sizes available. Even when I was smaller is size, I found it pretty hard to find an adequate selection of clothing past the double digits (i.e. 10, 12). The average women wears a size 12 supposedly, so youd think the selection would reflect the consumer's needs. Most of the clothing I found that was worth looking at were size small. The rest in larger sizes...questionable is taste. I wouldnt wear, so I wouldnt buy it. As a result, most of my visits into Marshalls have been for accessories and luggage gear. If you want to peruse the aisles for deals, feel free. Lines usually move pretty fast and I love that they have a sign at the register line that tells customers which register is open to ring them up versus the cashier yelling out that he/she is open like we're at the DMV!
