As soon as I told her what I was shopping for she was right on top of leading me to the proper section with clothing I was looking for. On top of that she was making sure I knew of all the amazing deals they had going on (which there were a lot of deals and they were surprisingly amazing). I'm not one to write bad reviews but this one has gone too long. I bought my cousin her first brand name purse from Versace because I had heard a lot of good stuff about their products and quality. The next morning, she notices scratches on it already. I'm sorry but I don't think a top brand name purse that is worth $2,200 should be scratching that easily after a two-day use. He basically started telling us that "It's calfskin leather and it's meant to happen that's why you should have the leather conditioner" First of all, he's speaking to us as if we are unknowledgeable about leather and talking to us like we were stupid. Second of all his excuse of not telling us the return policy was "We don't tell our customers about our return policies to not offend them" what? Everywhere I go, I am told about the return policy. Also, I've been contacting corporate and staying in touch with them to make sure this situation is handled which no one is contacting me in any way. I called the store manager today because the supervisor at customer care told me December 7, someone should have contacted the boutique store. So I called the boutique store and received such horrible attitude from the manager. Basically she Told me that even if corporate calls, she won't do anything about it. And as I was talking, she was talking over me not even letting me finish a sentence literally throughout the whole phone call. Meredith, relax, there are much higher people than you in the company, you're not the CEO. She should not have her position, because also she's never even in the store. Every time I call or went in, she was never available, not even to call. A manager should always be available to answer the phone or be present at the store. I'm tired of waiting for this situation to be handled and I am starting to constantly call everyday, because that's the only way I can make sure it's getting handled.

Every time I enter a Lebanese store in Dearborn, I am reminded why I don't shop at Arab-owned businesses in this town. Mind you, I believe this place is owned by Iraqis but damn it if they don't do the same crap as the Lebanese - men all standing around the register shooting the breeze and the owner/manager doesn't even pause for eye contact as he takes your money. I expect some respect, that comes in the form of eye contact and "hello or thank you" while I spend my money in your shop so be civil and tell your family/buddies to 'hang on while you cash out your customer'. I don't want to feel like i'm bothering you to shop in your store. No thank you. In chain stores, people lose their jobs for this type of behaviour. So while my first visit's rating was a 5 star (for the available products and their quality), I have to drop down to 1 star for customer service.
