He then got Shawn and another gentleman that also came out. Turns out the pressure in 3 of my tires was incredibly high leaving me vulnerable to blow-outs. I was about to get on the freeway to drive over an hour. The one tire that I thought was "a little low" was actually an additional hazard and VERY low. The 3 of them were so kind to me and helped me get this situation fixed. So, when I paid my bill on their old system in August, low and behold I had another bill to pay on their "new 21st century" system in august as well. This went past due. I didn't know until they suspended all of our purchases. I then had to go search spam emails to find all the emails about overdue accounts. Then I had to set up my account online to login and pay immediately. I tried to login again this month. I couldn't login. So, I called in to WEX. Super rude woman. Very annoyed and unforgiving. At this Irving next to Clark's pond, the morning assistant manager has the ​worst customer service than anyone that has ever worked in any of the Irving's in South Portland in my 40 years going to them. She is constantly talking on the phone and makes you wait until she's done talking to wait on you. She's constantly giving people dirty looks. She likes to stand there and not help her other employees when there's a line of customers out the door. And if you have the chance for her to wait on you she'll talk down to you and will tell you if she's out of something so she won't have to bend over to look for more of something. I'm surprised she is skinny as she is because she is the laziest person I've seen. She is making customers not come back and the other employees don't like working with her. Irving needs to let her go.
