Otherwise Sheetz is great for a quick stop for a drink and a snack. My husband had been seeing them promoting their "new" burgers on billboard's off the interstate. Today was the day we decided to give it a try. We have tried the burgers here in the past and for us, it was simply a one and done meal. The burger patties are not all beef and the taste and texture are quite unpleasant to us. No shade to those who like it though! We had high hopes for the NEW burger. Unfortunately they are the same patty as before. Bummer. Oh well! We will stick with the tacos and our beloved cheese bites and an occasional sub in the future.

Some examples include; -Dipping sauces missing -Sandwiches being toasted when toasting was not selected -Vastly different ice cream flavor sent via DoorDash and was not a stock issue This location has gone downhill horrendously since I moved to the area years ago. I would also now like to add, when my fiancé went to get our last order corrected, the manager on duty did not seem to care that she had messed up the order and brushed him off when he explained that this has been an ongoing issue.

Went in tonight to quickly purchase some soft drinks. The boxes were packed so tight in the cooler…read morethat I had no way to get it out except to pull on the box tab which came open. Took it to the register and told the clerk to be careful that the box had opened. He said, and it's leaking too. Which it was all over his counter. I said no problem and paid for it and than told him i would switch it out for one not leaking. He told me i had to take the one i brought up the counter and by opening the box i caused the leak. After discussing it with this inadequate individual i could see i was not making any progress so asked for a bag and unloaded the carton. The drink leaking was on the very last row on the end of the box i had not opened , and it was almost completely empty. When i asked him to explain how the glue that came loose on the flap of the box caused a drink on the other end of the box to leak and was basically empty, he said you caused it. Its hard to argue with complete ignorance. I know you are laughing, he made the sale didn't he? Yes, he had my money. But, he will get no more from me, my sons, their wives, their friends and probably anyone that reads this review. It is a shame that businesses are forced to hire people with such limited intelligence. I will never go back there and do not recommend anyone shopping at this store.

Today was the day, we filled our gas can and stopped in. The store is clean, organized and has a great variety of convenience store items. We noticed they also sell lottery tickets, coffee and a few hot food items. The young man was friendly and efficient. Great location within the Styers Ferry, Dull Road area.
