Otherwise it's a pretty standard convenience store with the usual service station grab and go items. They have a good selection of chips and drinks. This particular location is very spacious and has everything you could expect on the shelves. As most Royal Farms in the area, it also has Krispy Kreme donuts that are stocked daily. The coffee is pretty good for a service station, and they have plenty of fountain drinks and iced drinks as well.

My morning had not gone well at 7-11, so over to Royal Farms across the street I went. Now. Their coffee machine was not working as well. The difference here is that Alvin sprang into action as soon as the customer made him aware of what was wrong. The machine had become clogged and with a few deft jabs and mini cleaning it was good to go. I also observed him later completing cleaning up tasks. Angela is the super dandy cashier. Everyone was in and out in a timely fashion and with a smile and any bags or whatnot readily provided. In short, they did their jobs not adequately but very well, they represented and restored my faith in convenience stores. My day now looks brighter because of their great customer service skills.

The gas prices here are very good for Baltimore city and it is easy to get on and off from I95. It is not easy to make a left toward the city during rush hour from this store. You don't get what you pay for!!! Paid for service via the self service lane prior to washing instead of having the human enter my order. The kiosk allowed me to select Platinum Service, Interior Cleaning, Tire Shine and Fragrance. Whelp...post interior cleaning the pull my vehicle out and the tires are as devoid of lustre as they were when I arrived. I asked the person who drove the vehicle out...and he advised that the tire shine was in the car wash tunnel. Asked a black shirt(acting manager)...and he said basically the same thing, but also told me to drive to the self-service bay where I could use the tire shine as much as I wanted. I was conflicted with this assertion as I'd paid for them to deliver the service(s). That said I went over to the self-service bay and planned to use a lot of this "tire shine". The tire shine was no where to be seen...asked another black shirt...who advised that the bottle was called Leather Cream. I sprayed the "leather cream" onto the first tire and wiped...and it's clear that this wasn't even leather cream, let alone tire shine!!! It was something that was heavily watered down, but whatever they put into these generic bottles...wasn't useful for tires at all and I'd be willing to bet...is even worse for a vehicles' leather interior! Bottom line is this: you can't be well informed, unless you're informed well! To that end...this is an effort to sound the alarm to all consumers that you should be aware that the convenience of their operation doesn't replace the satisfaction of feeling like your car wash experience was money well spent! My windshield was cracked from a rock and I needed it replaced, while insurance routed me to Safelite, they were terrible, and did not know how to deal with the calibration. I didn't realize you do not need to use safelite to have insurance cover the repair. I cannot recommend enough to call Superior and avoid safelite all together. They knew what they were doing, did it quickly and got it fixed. Insurance or not I would absolutely come back here again if I needed a repair. It's hard to find (tucked back in the middle of a warehouse complex), but don't let that dissuade you. It's fast, friendly service and it will be done correctly. Highly recommend.
