We had been looking for a Spa Demolition & Haul-away service and found Cisneros Demolition online, called and spoke w/Blanca, the owner re. our situation. After discussing the specifics of our project, Blanca detailed thoroughly what we could expect from their service, the cost, payment options, how much time the job would require, as well as their open availability, which was on Sunday 1/25/26. She also offered some flexibility with their available time slots, which was helpful as we had a scheduled family event to attend in the afternoon. On Sunday, her demo experts, Joel & Elvis showed up, assessed the project area and immediately began their work. Joel said the complete demo of our spa would only take 45 minutes: he was spot on, even with my occasional questions during the demolition. These guys worked safe, efficiently and even pressure washed our patio after removing all the remaining debris from the cut-up spa. Having never previously hired anyone to perform a task like this, I wasn't sure how this would go, but I can confidently state that both Joel and Elvis were truly professional in every way, including friendly, respectful, and willing to provide a superior level of Customer Service not commonly found today. I wondered why all of their 5-star reviews were so old and now I know why. Very poor customer service and unprofessional. We did work with them a few years ago and had a great experience, that's why we returned. But things have definitely changed over the years for the worse. They don't answer their phones and you spend a lot of time trying to chase them down. Their pricing used to be fair and reasonable, but now it's on the higher side. Their bid was the highest of all the bids we received. We asked if they would consider lowering. They said they would get back with us but never did. We tried to follow up with them a week after not hearing anything. They left us on 'read' and never responded. If they weren't interested in the job, we would have appreciated it more if they had just said that, instead of wasting our time having us wait around for a response that was never going to come. read more

Had my spa removed By Cisneros. It had to be cut into pieces. I freaked out about 20 minutes before they got there because I lifted the spa cover and it was full of water. What an idiot I am, so I called Blanca and she said don't worry they will drain it....really?? Yes really!! Price was excellent and they were there a total of 65 minutes. I am so happy with the professional and courteous job that Joel and his crew did in taking down my old patio cover. They were prompt and efficient! They filled in holes in the stucco of my house that were made by the bolts where the cover was attached and also made sure the post brackets were cut flush with the patio and then concealed with cement patch. I had my above ground jacuzzi and steps removed by Cisneros Demolition. The customer service in their office, and also the crew that did the removal, were all very polite and efficient. Before they starting working on removing the jacuzzi, they put down heavy duty paper runners to protect my wood deck, which I really appreciated. Due to the jacuzzi location they had to disassemble it, cut up into small pieces, and bag. Afterwards they swept and hosed the whole area, leaving everything in great condition.
