We felt welcomed and taken care of from the first email all the way to when we drove off with our trailer. Monica initially help us secure the trailer, and even did a facetime video tour for us since we live so far away. When we came to pick it up we meet Jennifer, who was so welcoming and took care of all our paperwork with ease. Tyler walked us through every inch of the trailer and took the time to help troubleshoot when we had a hook up issue (no fault of the trailer). And then there are the owners, Dana & Jeff. Two of the kindest people I have ever met. Truly treat you like family instantly. They went beyond what they needed to do when we had issues with our vehicle that required us to spend a few extra days in the area to get it fixed. Thank you doesn't feel like enough. If you want to purchase from a good, honest business with good people... this is the place! HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!

Paperwork had some hiccups. Was surprised to learn that the dealer doesn't supply sewer hoses and fill propane tank with a sale (you have to buy). Spending 10's of thousands with a dealer and having to buy essentials previously supplied by RV dealers was irksome. (Maybe all such enterprises have adopted the same policy given the times, but still...) Hope for the sake of others that policy changes.

Transportation out here wasn't as much as I thought it would and Don made all of the arrangements. The driver was amazing and I got the trailer in a week, the driver got it here in two days, amazing. Thanks to everyone for a great experience.

She told us we would have to deal with Don and she proceeded to take us inside to meet Don. Don stayed behind an office window and did not even come out to talk with us. When we were waiting to talk to him about the actual price and also about putting our unit on consignment. We needed to know the actual price because the sales lady told us 2 different prices. He instead stayed in his little office and stared out at us and whispered things to the other man in the office. We waited for about 10 AWKWARD minutes as he stared at us and the sales lady kept repeating "there is someone coming to look at that unit Monday". YES, WE KNOW SALES LADY. We understand someone is coming but we couldn't do anything about it when DON wouldn't even come out to talk with us... and instead only told the sales lady it's a good price even though we had not been told a final price. We decided to go across the street to Explore USA (the place the sales lady bathed mouthed and told us DON use to be the manager of previously) and we purchased a unit. I can say that Explore USA made a great move getting DON out of their business. Do not shop at this place and give your hard earned money to people who care and want to treat their customers with respect.

I recently purchased a Brinkley 3515 from Fun Town RV in Fate, Texas, and I couldn't be happier…read morewith the entire experience. From the very beginning, Dana Boyle, my salesman, was outstanding. He took the time to walk me through multiple models, clearly explained the differences, and patiently showed me features without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Dana really knows the product line and made sure I understood what would best fit my needs, which made the decision process enjoyable and stress-free. I also worked closely with Colt Brown, the Sales Manager, and he did an excellent job from start to finish. Colt was competitive right out of the gate and worked with me on pricing across two different models I was considering. What really stood out was how well he listened to my concerns, answered questions honestly, and focused on finding the right solution instead of just pushing a sale. That level of attention and customer care is exactly what you want from a sales manager. During the process, Benny Black, the General Manager, stepped in for Colt a couple of times and was just as impressive. Benny worked with me on the very aggressive price I came in with on the 3515 and helped make that deal happen. Between Benny and Colt, they both went above and beyond to make sure I got an exceptional price and felt confident in the final numbers. I wrapped up the purchase with Kross Blakley, and the finance process was refreshingly smooth. Kross was open, transparent, and took the time to answer all my questions about additional warranties without any pressure whatsoever. He made everything quick, easy, and painless--exactly how financing should be. Over the course of this RV purchase, I've become a very shrewd buyer, and I can honestly say that Fun Town RV in Fate, Texas exceeded my expectations. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted, at a price I could afford, and with complete confidence that I made a great purchase. If you're looking to buy an RV and you're anywhere near the Fate area, Fun Town RV should absolutely be your one-stop shop. And if you're not near Fate, I highly recommend finding a Fun Town RV location close to you. Highly recommended!

Carl Martin at McClain RV in Rockwall delivered a level of service that is rare to find today…read more From the very beginning, his care for my RV--and for me as a customer--was exceptional. His attention to detail, consistent follow-up, and willingness to go above and beyond never wavered. Every call was returned. Every question was answered. And every interaction was handled with professionalism and genuine care. What stood out most was his character during a difficult moment. Even when the insurance company made the decision to total my RV, Carl never changed. He continued to treat me with the same respect, urgency, and commitment as he did from day one. That speaks volumes about who he is--not just as a professional, but as a person. If I decide to purchase another RV, there is no question--I will go wherever Carl Martin is. That's the kind of trust he builds. McClain RV is fortunate to have him. And as a customer, I'm grateful I had him in my corner.

Same water heater available on Amazon for just $500!!! Also I made the mistake of going there for repairs last year. I got talked into tires. Two days later I was to leave for a camping trip with my family at Mammoth Cave State Park. My son and grandchildren came from MA. I couldn't stay at the park because one of the new tires had a flat. I called McClains and was told maybe I ran over a nail. When I got back I went to another location to get it repaired. It was a loose valve stem. $52.00! They did the roof. What a mess they made. I had crap running down the side. I don't know how the got so much stuff blown around inside. And the seams are terrible. My new mechanic says I'll be lucky if the seams last a year now the rv is out is storage and especially since I'll be going to Florida. The weather is tough on the coast, wind, sun, thunderstorms! Save your money and Go somewhere else! $1000 for a Hot Water Heater!!!!! That's just wrong!
