Well, now we will be splitting our time with the presence of a new Maverik directly across from Love's. The employees were so nice and friendly and the store was stocked full of great stuff, like you'd expect from Maverik. We travel a lot and know that Maverik has competitive gas prices, a great rewards program, and clean restrooms for travelers. My wife and I had been hosting a Lego Experience at the Yuma County Fair and heard that we were featured on the front page of the Yuma Sun. We were able to get some copies from the newsstand at Maverik and talk to the clerks about our story. They were wonderful and congratulated us about it. Definitely planning on going to Maverik the next time we are in Yuma.

The staff is what keeps me coming back. All the young ladies there are soooo friendly and helpful and are HARD WORKERS! They are always cleaning, stocking shelves AND they have to work the register. Multitasking at its finest. The mini marts prices are a bit higher, but it's a small business so occasionally I don't mind paying a bit extra for convenience. They have everything you'd find at bigger gas station- chips, candy, instant ramen and drinks, but they also have some specialty imported snacks and alcoholic beverages that you wouldn't be able to find anywhere else. They also have an outdoor filtered water station (50 cents) which is a plus! During snowbird season this place is a godsend. Especially when you're in a rush and want to avoid crowds and people.
