When I approached the first register, I wasn't greeted. The cashier, while looking down, told me to "go to the other register." I moved to the next one, and she again directed me elsewhere, saying "the other one." After moving to a third spot and placing my items on the counter, she asked "card or cash." I responded card, and she had me move yet again to another register. Throughout the interaction, the service felt impersonal and unwelcoming. The only question I was asked was whether I wanted a receipt. Overall, the customer service did not reflect a friendly or helpful experience.

This particular day I went to get a passport photo. The cashier who assisted me first looked to see what kind of shirt I had on. I had a sweatshirt with writing on it so that wasn't going to work. So I told her I'd change shirts and come back. When I came back she immediately called someone to come take the picture. They lady that took the picture was very nice. The camera wasn't charged so she said she hoped we could get a few taken before it died. Luckily we got 2 good ones before it shut off. It took a few minutes to process so I browsed the Christmas clearance and grabbed some vitamins while I waited. When it was ready she found me and let me know. When I went to check out my picture was there waiting. Upon checking out, there was an issue with the card sliding out of the chip reader. The cashier had to hold it while I put in my pin and waited for the transaction to complete. For some reason the debit transaction kept taking forever and we learned debit was down so we had to had to then do it as a credit for it to work. The cashier was so patient and helpful through the whole process. The great customer service I always receive is why I prefer this place and keep coming back.

This is every single night. he first off starts with a makeshift sign saying "be back in 15 minutes" by 10:30pm then he never comes back, he literally just sits behind the counter and peaks over the counter when lights pull up. so he's not gone he's just sitting there. then when midnight approaches he puts up the "closed for stocking until 4:30am sign" so basically they are open from 5:00am to 10:30pm. so not 24/7 they're open for 17 1/2 hours. FALSE ADVERTISING! it's caused me so much hardship to come after work late at night needing items and they do this every night. I stopped going all together and I just go to the one on 31st in Lagrange park, that one is always actually open. This place is a joke.
