This store is fully stocked with all kinds of snacks, beverages, and kitschy stuff you would expect at a roadside stop. Flavored water? Check. Flaming Hot Cheetos? Check. Cheap sunglasses? Check. The restrooms are always clean and well maintained. The gas prices are reasonable. Next time you're passing by exit 42 along I-8, stop in and take a well needed pit stop for a few minutes.

Dateland is in a really unique space since there really isn't too much out there besides rest stops or you would have to drive several miles to get to a similar spot somewhere else. Dateland offers a gas station, convenience store, pizza hut, Dateland shakes, Tesla supercharger station, and a gift shop. Most of the places inside the travel center are open pretty late so it's not too bad to roll over here late in the evening for a pit stop, especially since other stations aren't really around that offers this level of variety to you on your drives. Will definitely be using this center again!

Well, now we will be splitting our time with the presence of a new Maverik directly across from Love's. The employees were so nice and friendly and the store was stocked full of great stuff, like you'd expect from Maverik. We travel a lot and know that Maverik has competitive gas prices, a great rewards program, and clean restrooms for travelers. My wife and I had been hosting a Lego Experience at the Yuma County Fair and heard that we were featured on the front page of the Yuma Sun. We were able to get some copies from the newsstand at Maverik and talk to the clerks about our story. They were wonderful and congratulated us about it. Definitely planning on going to Maverik the next time we are in Yuma.

He took the time to make sure we downloaded the app so we could take advantage of the fuel promotion running from May 1 through August 1, helping us save between approximately $0.20 to $0.50 per gallon depending on the amount of fuel purchased. What really stood out was his attitude and willingness to help. He made sure we had everything we needed before continuing our trip and treated us with genuine professionalism and kindness throughout the entire interaction.
