He wouldn't help me and he said he couldn't take my cash because he didn't have change to give me. I said I have a $20 dollar bill for $20 dollars of gas. He still wouldn't help me with the self pay station or actually use the cash register to take my money. I just thought his customer service sucked. By the way, several pumps weren't working either.

Convenient location. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. No warning, no conversation, nothing. Just attitude and rudeness like he owned the place. When my boyfriend calmly asked why, Isaac kept repeating "because I said so." That is not how you treat customers, especially people who come in every day on long hauls. We both felt uncomfortable and disrespected, and the fact that nobody else stepped in to explain anything made it even worse. If this is how they handle guests, I'm honestly shocked the place is still running. Pilot needs to retrain their staff immediately because this was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary.
