We ordered the Original Sandwich meal and the Ultimate. I asked for ranch instead of BC sauce. After about a 25 minute wait, our food came out hot, which was a plus. However, my ranch was missing and I had to ask for it after the food was already served. The food itself was fresh, but it lacked flavor. My husband's sandwich especially was disappointing because there was very minimal mac and cheese on it, which is kind of the highlight of that burger. Overall, not terrible, but not great either.
