The pump always shuts off before the tank is filled up, and the last two visits the receipt wouldn't print off with my validation code for the carwash. To top it off the attendant call button doesn't work! This means I have to go and park then lug my toddler out of the car to go and get the receipt. If you have kids you understand what a luxury it is to do an errand where you don't have to get your kids out of the car. I can't imagine if I had a baby too. Take them both out of the car to just get a receipt printed. No way! That would be maddening. This station needs to fix their pumps and keep paper in the receipt holder. I'll skip the 10 cents off the gas in the future when I need a car wash. This gas station is a one stop shop for us. Gas, post office, and car wash. What more could you ask for?! The post office is never busy in the morning and they are friendly and quick. The car wash was great. Buy at the pump and get an extra 10 cents off gas. The cheapest option is $8 and it got my car pretty clean. I had a lot of pollen build up from a bad rain. They have an attendant who scrubs the front and back before you enter. I love having that as part of my car wash. The automativcar wash doesn't get all the bugs off the front without that extra help beforehand. I did notice it was difficult to get the vacuum to the trunk of my suv, so pro-tip is to back in to the spot first. This was my first car wash at the shell station, and I will definitely be back. Great service, fast, and bonus 10 cents off gas!

My daughter did in-fact pay so shame on the way they train their workers.

I needed a cup of coffee so bad, I get a cup and try their container coffee and that was bad, then I use the coffee maker and when I put the creamer in, it curled up. So the creamer was bad. Why should I pay for? The owner and his wife decided to start yelling and cursing at me. I did leave but came back to take photos of how dirty the place is. Boy did they get upset. The owner then tried to take my phone from me. He attacked me. I call the cops and the cops are just as worse. They sided with him. Wow they could clearly see in the video that he came after me but that is alright to do? I never touched anyone. I am happy I can't go back, they are the worse store owners ever. I am a big fan of Wawa and have been going for years. I love the aqua rechargers here at Wawa…read morebecause they are mostly water based but still taste good. I also consistently get the turkey classic hoagie. I also often buy my canned drinks or potato chips here (Hers BBQ chips are a must) because they do buy 2 get 1 deals or buy 2 for X off deals quite often. My only complaint is that their drink and food prices for the fresh made items has gone up. They do balance it with seasonal drink origins hoagie deals like hoagie fest that are genuinely a good deal.

**Title:** Product-number change and missing bowl cover resulted in a $120 loss…read more I returned a KitchenAid mixer to Costco because it did not function properly. I then purchased what appeared to be the same mixer. The replacement had a different product number, but the mixer and the rest of the contents were otherwise the same. During the return, Costco removed the $100 discount from my original transaction. That discount was not honored when I purchased the replacement. The replacement box also did not contain the bowl cover that was included with the original product. Because the bowl cover was missing, I now have to purchase it separately. Between the lost $100 discount and the cost of replacing the bowl cover, my transaction leaves me approximately $120 worse off than when I began. This raises a serious concern about whether removing one component and assigning a different product number allowed the replacement to be treated as a different product, while I absorbed the lost discount and the cost of the missing part. I believe this is by design and is a deceptive practice and deserves this bad review. Beyond lugging the product back to the store, there is no way I should come out worse in this situation.
