She starts slamming the scanner on the table and claims it is unable to scan my receipt. I knew the return policy prior to coming in so I knew it was bs. She continues to slam it around yank on the wire and more. She then tells me I have to drive an hour back to Laurinburg to return my items. I knew that was bull. This Walgreens needs to get it together! And as far as it goes for Mrs BEV acting like I didn't know the policy... learn to have a better attitude.
