She then brought the order out an told me it was not on the screen so that is why it did not come out. Checking the order I was missing a cup of soup. Should be an easy fix I would think but 10 minutes later the soup finally comes out. The associate then tells me that they are training someone in the back so they are having trouble with orders. This should have come from the manager not the associate being I had been there over 20 minutes waiting for my order. Called the store and spoke to the manager and explained my concern that training is not being conducted correctly in the back and the trainer needs to be talked to.
