Sorry to bother you but maybe next time I'll take my business else where. The cashier did not look at me or say a word when I walked up and while she scanned my items. When she was done scanning she murmured the amount again not looking at me and simply turned around and started doing something else. I paid through Apple Pay, waited for the receipt while she worked on something else. After a few minutes she turned around and said thanks sarcastically and turned back around again. The employee behind the counter needs to be taught how to deal with the public. I've been in customer service 20 years in a rough industry. This is a simple job anybody could do it. It doesn't take brains to be a gas station attendant. Management in this industry yes, but not with this young lady does One thing should be focused is how to talk to customers. was not a pleasant experience. The way she asked for my ID and then didn't hand it back to me really irritated me at somebody's identification. You don't just leave that on the counter closer to the register for me to have to reach over to grab it. Circle K continues to offer a nice refueling experience. We come here towards the end of each month, when our fueling discount from nearby Fry's are about to expire. The gas is somewhat more expensive than nearby Tatum Boulevard in Phoenix. But they seem competitive to neighboring Shell SuperPumper on the corner. Yesterday I paid $3.559, after getting ten cents off for regular unleaded. Not bad. Like most Circle Ks, they do a very nice job of keeping things clean and spiffy. We have used the conveniences store only a few times, but it too looks well stocked and clean. read more

Another thing I love about Phoenix is their low gas prices contrasted to the prices here in LA. I have not seen gas prices under $2 in a long time, so it took a little getting used to ;-) I had half a tank, so I dropped twenty cash to fill it to the top. Well, it turns out I only needed half of that to fill the rest of the tank. So I went back inside to get the change. Since I paid with credit card, I just needed a receipt indicating the true charge. It took a while for the employee to print it for me, but she did it. The convenience store is ok, but not as meticulous as other stations in the area. It served its purpose adequately. read more

The sweet little cashier lady Lindo was very friendly. Typically when you're inside of the gas station you are able to look out and see what the pump number is however at this gas station that is not the case. I asked the cashier why and she told me that the city of Scottsdale does not permit large numbers on pillars because they consider it unsightly. How inconvenient though! read more

This place is gross. If you must get gas -Don't use the restrooms. You can't wash your windshield because all of the buckets are empty, no water/washer fluid. Air is $1.75 if you don't have all quarters. I hope Quiktrip takes all of these lame gas stations out. This isn't 1980. We expect higher standards. read more

This is pretty much my "oh-shit-I'm-outta-gas-n-about-to-get-on-the-101 last chance stop". Always sparkling clean AND has a pungent smell of bleach as I open the glass doors - morning or night. I love that. It says to me that employees are constantly wiping, mopping, and sanitizing and that rocks in my book. Gas stations have a lot of traffic of people - both dirty and clean, which requires maintenance of floors, counters, etc. So, great job!! Cashiers are always friendly w/me - which I also adore. Something that DOES get under my skin? The male cashier who works early mornings. Why? Because I'm not a morning person - never have been. I will speak as necessary but do not wish to have a full conversation at 6:30am on a Tues en route to work. And, please Sir, don't pester me on "Why did I select this flavor coffee?" and ask me 20million questions about why the sky is blue, and ask me to smile. It really is irritating to me. Really. Nothing personal, I just don't do early mornings is all. :) He also works Saturday mornings. Sir: please don't swoop in and give your unsolicited opinion about which crappy gas station sunglasses I should buy according to my hair color and skin tone. Ok? I really hope someone in management or corporate reads this review because I think most would agree that what I'm about to share is unacceptable and there seems to be a pattern where customer service is not their MO, at least not with K large portion of these stores. Granted, I have met some great people you try really hard to make you happy and are competent in their position, but the store Managers that don't let their employees do returns is mine blowing to me. If you don't trust them to do a return, then you probably should not have hired them because what happened tonight is the perfect example of why they need to be trained to do what I'm sure is a very simple task. Somehow the clerk and other items from a previous transaction that didn't go through or something along those lines, and I was charged for them. As soon as I got my receipt I noticed that there were four other items totaling roughly 9 dollars, that I did not purchase. The clerk was nice, and apologized For the mistake claiming he didn't know how it happened, but then he just looked at me like I'm s**t out of luck! I said are you not going to give me my money back because I didn't purchase the items are on my receipt and he said he's not allowed to do returns and that I have to come back tomorrow when a manager is in to get my money back.. WHAT?!? UNBELIEVABLE! POOR MANAGEMENT and unfortunately I was in a similar situation once I change my mind on something and had a receipt, just like I did this time (I never even left the counter when this one happened tonight), but it doesn't matter they're just there to make sure the place doesn't get robbed I guess. Shame on you. Circle k, this bs starts with the top since it's their responsibility to make sure employees are trained to do regular every day tasks, which include returns. I wonder if anything happens from this... oh yea, I live in Chandler and don't know when I'm gonna be back up in north Scottsdale if they want me to come back tomorrow and talk to a manager to get my money back. Nine dollars is what I'll spend in gas getting up there and back so looks like I'm just writing this one off as a loss.
