It was pretty darn tasty and had a decent amount of brisket, even for the half order. The only thing that didn't work for me was the name of the sauce on the sandwich (nitpicking). The girl asked if I wanted "moist" or something else sauce. Think they could come up with something better like "Defibs" sauce or "Take 5 Years Off Your Life" sauce. Just a thought. Circle K, like many of the convenience stores around can become very busy at times. The hot lunch and comfort foods are all fresh, while the coffee is always hot and plentiful. The layout of the store however is better than I remember it. But during these COVID times, there isn't a logical flow. So it can be somewhat difficult for you to both stand in line, while also trying to maintaining a safe six feet of distance.

I usually fill up at Costco but didn't have a card so I looked at what was in the area via Gasbuddy. I saw this gas station and honestly had no idea it existed. I read that it used to be for Sam's Club before they closed, which makes sense. Just didn't realize Walmart now owns it. Anyways, I had just 5 gallons left and needed to fill up nearby, and this fit the bill. I stopped by on a weekday mid-afternoon and pulled right into an empty spot. The machines take debit or credit cards, and the station is open 24/7 if you're using either payment method. Knocked it down a star because my receipt didn't print, and when I pulled at the receipt tape, it gave me the one from the previous transaction. Not a huge deal but not ideal. I don't shop at Walmart nor do I want to support it, but when presented with no other good options, this was my solution. Also, it was $0.05 cheaper than the neighboring Costco which was nice. Will I be back? Not willingly, Costco cash back is still a better deal, but I do appreciate that this was an option when I needed it.

I also don't like how Circle K has a gas station monopoly in the Phoenix Metro area. Their over inflated profit per gallon should not be allowed in my opinion. There are only so many gas station locations allowed in an area. Therefore, much like the telephone company, their prices should be regulated when they've eliminated a majority of the competition. Ultimately, I recommend getting your gas at any other gas station that sells Top Tier gas. Costco, Sinclair, QT, etc.
