I told him the screen is not showing that my purchase was approved. He looked at his screen and said it was approved without looking at me. Ok, so I go back out to my car and the screen was still frozen. I went back in and told him that. I also said "sorry to ask you to do your job". He said it's not my job to pump your gas. (not cool, I would lose my job if I said it's not my job). Then he said put the nozzle back in ... which I did. Came back inside again and told him I would just pay inside. He said it's not my fault you don't know how to pump gas. WHAT?! Overall the experience was frustrating and lacked any kind of customer service or professionalism. I considered talking to the manager, but I was afraid that would have no impact on the service ... so here we are.

Spoke to manager and asked him when was his gas station calibrated last time with department of weights and measurements to ensure it measured gas properly. I did say it seemed that very little gas came out certainly not 1.2 gallons. He said it's none of my business and he will not show me or discuss it! Hmmm Maybe my car was not registering 1+ gallon of gas I added. Unlikely as my gas tank was near empty. More than likely this gas station cheats the customers.

You can never go wrong at a Costco gas station when you're a member. It's bright, safe and overall the best experience for a gas station. They have indicator if a pumping station is open and a lot of room to get in between cars. You can always get a receipt after filling up your car, never once did I experience where my receipt didn't print. There no bathroom here or snacks here so be aware of that. This is basically just to fill up your car with gas. If you come later in the day then expect a line and wait. They also don't police like if someone cut in line that much like at any location but I think for the most part, people don't cut each other off. They also don't take cash so it's card only

Nothing to complain about pricing-wise or service, the employees are always kind and willing to help. There are trashcans alongside some pumps. Wish that the employees would do some traffic control during busier hours though! People will wait for "easier" pumps to be available because they don't want to parallel park, which makes the traffic congestion worse! This would help with the intersection not clogging up as well... If you don't mind the dirty stares, you can bypass the intersection congestion by pulling through the McDonald's "cut" into line.
