The store layout is good and easy to find their typical products. Although we are in the COVID-19 world at the moment, hopefully times will allow the self serve hot dogs to be sold again. She then had a cashier page someone to come to the desk...the young lady that came sat her purse and her drink down...looked at me and proceed to walk away from the desk and do other things. she ended up on the opposite side of the store and just left me standing at the service desk. I understand it she had a task to complete but she didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there...no "I'll be with you in a second" NOTHING! I finally just left frustrated and in disbelief.

Their prices are competitive and I like the fact that all their pumps tend to be in working order. Occasionally, my receipt does not print at the pump but that I am able to get one inside without much of a wait. Inside, they have the typical gas station/convenience store items available. They do a bit better when it comes to items like sandwiches, pastries, etc. as I am sure they source most of it from the Tom Thumb grocery store directly across the street. Another nice thing is unlike many other places nearby, there are never any 'undesirables' hanging around the entrance (or the gas pumps) which is a big plus. Access to this station is fairly easy as it's rare for traffic to backup in the area. Lastly, while I have never used it, they do have an air compressor available to take care of any low-tire-pressure needs.

The problem is within the store. The clerks here are insane. Maybe the store doesn't have enough money for a barcode scanner... They never scan items when you take them to the counter. One day, I can go buy a couple Monster energy drinks and a pack of smokes, and it will come out to $10.71. The very next day, and with the same clerk, the same items will ring up a dollar or so more. I've seen it happen with a few different people behind the counter. It seems they decide whatever they want to charge you. It doesn't matter if you are kind to them or if you are as mean as can be. You will get varying prices all the time. If you are looking for some gas, it's not a bad deal. If you want to buy some drinks, or anything inside for that matter, go elsewhere. I don't like how they pick the price for you. Even when there is a price on the drinks right in the cooler you got them from. Makes for Shady business.
