Disgusting. This place has filthy bathrooms that reek of urine. Used toilet paper is strewn across the floor. Your feet will stick to the semi dry paste of dry pee as you walk across the floor. The hot food station isn't very clean either. I'd like to discuss the condition of the store with the store owner, but they are never there. The short myopic girl with the massive head is always very rude for no reason. If I looked like that I'd be as nice as possible so the townfolk wouldn't come after me with pitchforks and torches. The beer prices are exorbitant and the gas pumps never have paper. Often you'll see entire shelves that are almost empty. I've been here half a dozen times and I've seen enough of the sideshow. I thought with it being in a nice area, that this circle k would be the perfect spot for my pregnant bladder that I just couldn't hold any longer. I was wrong... Disgusting bathrooms. The back of the toilet looked like it hasn't been cleaned in forever. Barely any toilet covers to protect your delicate behind from that nasty toilet. Cramped stalls. I sitting on the toilet with my knees touching the stall doors. At least they had soap with no hot water so I didn't feel really clean. Once I was done using the bathroom, I saw a group of kids and two families walking in with no masks. Cashier gave the group of kids a water cup which they got soda in and was literally tossing the soda at each other. Cashiers standing there shrugging it off. This gas station is in a good location, but man this has to be one of the nastiest places I have walked into in a a long long time. It does not look nor smell like the bathrooms have been cleaned in months, the floors are sticky and just dirty, and the drink machines are either broken or just look dirty enough to where you may not want to buy anything from them. I'll recommend getting gas, but do not go inside the store. read more

This is the best circle k in Peoria! I frequent all of them and this one is consistently clean even though it is always pretty busy! Customer service is above average, Kris, Loralynn, Taylor, & Liz always remember us and go above and beyond. We drive a little out of the way just because of this. read more

Wouldn't sell me lottery tickets or alcohol due to the fact the my drivers license wasn't how they liked it even thought the current law states that anyone over 21 may be served I don't doubt they have the right to refuse service to anyone but refusing to sell me lottery tickets and alcohol since my license isn't side ways is absolutely ridiculous. Oh and to top it all off there was no manager on shift for me to speak to. So good on who ever is running this store it's obvious why you have a two star rating. I gave this place another chance, pretty much because I didn't have a choice I work outside and needed something cold to drink. Well once again they let me down... out of powerade out of vitamin water two drinks that help a lot for a person who works outside, they always have their fountain drinks empty without even a sign saying it's empty... this was the last chance im giving them... never returning up this location.. qt should buy this location or put in a station across the street this place will lose all their business read more

This is a Normal Circle- K that you see throughout the the state and country. When this store was built in the Northwest Valley ( Peoria ) upper middle class location, they designed the building to fit the area and looked appealing. However, the store is ran like the other stores. This location is always dirty at the gas pumps,parking lot and landscaping ( dead plants ).We as resident of this area were hoping for a more desirable company like a QT store in our area. Quick Trips run there stores with cleanness and perfection. QT employee's carry a higher standard expertise in running establishment. Circle-K needs to work on there image. read more

Seriously! I am never charged the same amount for a refill! I go there a few times a week to get a soda refill and it depends who is working as to how much I am charged. I've informed different clerks that I never know how much a refill is going to cost. Sometimes it's .99 other times it's $1.19. I've been told it just depends which clerk you get, or that they have 3 buttons they can pick from. So odd! Most of the clerks are friendly, but the older dark-haired lady with glasses is NOT. She said to me that I should always be charged $1.19 for a refill. She said that there's no other price for my refill cup. I let her know I have been charged different amounts on each visit. She didn't seem to care nor want to hear it. read more

Seems like I'm always running here for something! It is so convenient and what a great location!! Perfect for a stop to stock up on the way to the lake! Every time I go to this gas station now when I go in to just pay for gas im left standing at the counter for at least 2 minutes... The customer service sucks, if the other attendant is busy stocking they won't stop, and the other attendant(s) will just walk away to the back or do something else while I'm just standing there trying to pay for gas. I've been going to this gas station for a very long time and didn't have this problem until a few months ago. This has angered me enough that I will not be going to this location to get gas again. read more
