Peoria seems like a nice place to be, and this is a great representation. It's a tiny coffee shop that exists on the corner of a small street. Great vibes when you walk in, and the staff is friendly and warm. I ordered a short iced latte and waited for the drink to be made. Lotsa folks around getting their day started, or doing some work for the day. The energy was perfect, and my coffee arrived promptly. I gave it a sip and went on my way. The coffee was not bad, but pretty much unremarkable in that regard. I enjoyed it as a sipping coffee, but it was a little too dark on the roast for me. Not their fault, as they're a multiroaster. Overall, I think it's a great place to grab a coffee, and especially if you like flavored drinks! Perhaps a mocha or a vanilla latte would slap! I thought it was a good mix, the matcha was good and it definitely is on the sweeter side. I tried the cookie butter matcha which was ok, the mango sticky rice was definitely better. The girls inside were super friendly and we got our drinks in a good amount of time. There's not a ton of seating but there is a lot of two seater tables and a bar! I didn't get any food but the pastries looked amazing. My coffee was very yummy. Their espresso is roasted really well so no burnt taste. The service was great as well. They had two people working and we interacted with both. I also snapped a photo of all of their flavor options as I didn't see those anywhere in the photos. They have a lot, so lots to try when we go back (which we will!).
