This is the same guy who repeatedly mentioned having 45 years of experience and working on Hondas with over 400k Instead of fixing it, he told me to go to the dealer for a $1300 repair he wouldn't or couldn't do--and then charged me $350 for diagnostic time. Imagine being told, "I can't fix it, but you still owe me $350." I feel cheated, because I never said not to do the work--I would have let him fix it. I basically paid $350 for his lack of knowledge. For som eone claiming decades of experience, a basic Honda V6 shouldn't be "too complex." Save yourself the headache, time, and money. If it's not just an oil change or something simple, go straight to a dealer or a shop with trained techs. Thats exactly what I paid 350 for so just start at the dealer.

I told Rudy I would write down the VIN number and license number legibly so he could fill out his paperwork. He then proceeded to inform me that it was not his job to read my writing. After I laughed, he said We stopped doing smogs at 2:00 pm today anyway. When you come back, make sure you don't screw up again and not bring the paperwork. He must have been the bully at his high school (assuming he went), because I have seen him give off that vibe multiple times to men. Needless to say, but I would rather light myself on fire than ever deal with him again. Plus, their coupon is a scam as well. First, it dripped onto my shirt in the car! Then, I really couldn't even taste the maple. I mean, it was there, but not really. I ate about 1/2 of one and then threw it away, along with the other uneaten one. And I NEVER do that with a maple bar. The other inconsistency is their Slushie machine. Great so far... then I watched him take each piece out to replace it with older chicken that had been sitting a while! Then, a piece of chicken dropped on the counter, and he picked it back up and placed it back in the tray for someone else to get. The lights are nice and bright which is amazing. Whenever I need gas a night, bright gas stations are like the best (to feel safe ya know). The gas prices here are usually like the same, if not better than AM/PM Arco. If you're a frequent shopper at Ralph's and use your rewards card, then gas is like cheaper (scan ya card before ya pump). I don't know how much of a discount it is, haven't shopped at Ralph's in a minute, but it doesn't hurt to check it out! The person at the little kiosk thing is usually pretty friendly. Had a negative Nancy once, but that was a while ago. But it was also during like Coachella so I understood her mood. Hahaha.
