Smoothie King should be altruistic and a benefactor (not predatory) to customers. Who is a customer of smoothie king ? Everyone is a customer. No notice from Walgreens. When I asked what I need to do the parceled me honey and said you have to contact Walgreens because that is an app issue. I inquired about how I could get a refill and she said contact you primary care doctor on Monday. All if her comment were defensive. We have experienced the decline in customer support for sometime at this location. Other Walgreens have been customer oriented. Not here.

There had been an update to the wash since the last time I used it, and that was my issue. He did have a slightly condescending attitude, but overall, his focus was on helping me get my car washed. So props to decent customer service. There is a broken wash at the moment, which does result in a little bit of a wait, so minus a star for that. Be careful not to pull across the yellow block that signals you to stop or your front end will not get properly washed. Also, as you pull out, go exceptionally slow or you won't get a proper rinse. Overall, I honestly just needed to wash the road salt off my car from the trip I just took up to Atlanta (it snowed) and this place was a convenient stop. I wasn't bargaining on there being an issue. Since it's the only car wash in the area, and today, it's 35 degrees, I guess it beat washing my car by hand.
