He has a generator that needs gas to power his refridgerator and space heaters. He has a 1 year old and a wife that rely on him. He got to the station and was appalled to see this station was charging 4.79 a gallon for regular. Of course regular was empty soon after opening so he was stuck buying super for 4.99 a gallon. I was out driving around the same time. In a different area I found a Quik Chek location selling regular for 3.49 a gallon. Mohawk Exxon was clearly price gouging. Taking advantage of people the way this facility has is terrible. I hope the locals remember how they're loyalty to a local merchant was taken advantage of by this place.

I had passed Quick Chek AND Wawa, figuring I'd stop at BP instead for a fountain drink... NOt having been to one for a while.. Walking towards the door an African fella called to me something I didn't understand... I asked if they had fountain drinks, trying to see what was on the mostly empty shelves through the dirty windows to the inside.. He said no. I said "Well, that's what I'm after...
