They had a self spray wash, self vacuum and drive through car wash option. I decided to use the drive through car wash basic that was $8. They started out with a prewash. They pre washed it more than other places I have been to in the past. I preceded to drive through the car wash. They did have two men that dried the cars off. I usually just dry that car myself. I liked that upgrade. I also asked for a vacuum cleaning coin. The coin was for 4 minutes so I suggest you have everything organized before putting the coin in. It came with my $8 car wash. I would give this location 5 stars but the vacuum cleaner suction was very weak. I think it would be a great value if the vacuum cleaners were stronger.

Unfortunately, the website was down at the time, so I wasn't able to cancel right away. It has been 8 hours and I still am not able to cancel- the website is still down for "maintenance." I later found out that several of my neighbors have had similar experiences. I would strongly recommend that customers carefully review all options on the payment screen and that the business improve transparency around membership enrollment and cancellation.

Terrible service!!!! The roof of my vehicle is glass, so the only place there was paint to scratch was the hood. Quick Quack Car Wash is responsible for this damage and will not take responsibility. This campus is smaller than our Signal Butte location yet familiar. Score today I deducted a star from my rating today for the tunnel entrance employee who was preoccupied with another employee as we were trying to line up on the track. We managed w/o his assistance. My other deduction was for the exit blowers that failed to remove the water from the roof and rear window. Time to make an adjustment. Wheels came out just as dirty as they went in and no dressing was on them. I asked for the manager to have the dressing put on them. I took my 10-lb tank to be refilled there for the first time and after several minutes the guy came back and handed the tank back to me. It felt lighter than usual but brushed it off thinking it was me. Then, I heard the guy talked to the cashier about CO2 running out. I went on to buy other things in the store. I got home and decided to weigh it to confirm. The screenshots show my baseline weight, holding the newly "filled" tank, and the calculation to get net weight. I barely got 2 lbs!!! I emailed them about it and got a reply apologizing and asked me to bring it back. I brought it back the next day and when I got there, the attendant said they were out of CO2 until Monday. I told him I just got the tank refilled the day before and when I weighed it, it's only 2 lbs. He smirked and said "we attach the hose to the tank and it stops when it's full". Well, what if the thing stopped when they were filling my tank because it ran out!!! I didn't want to make a scene and argue with them in front of other customers so I just left. I wouldn't have mind if they admitted they made a mistake and made it right. But to blatantly lie and charge a customer almost $40 for a 10-lb refill but actually only give them 2 lbs is ridiculous. I will never come back to this place and I've told my friends about the dishonest people there. There are other places that fills CO2 tanks and better prices for alcohol!
