Our order came out with someone else's and there was obvious confusion on the part of the employee on whose food went on which tray. My wife ordered a California style burger but got a standard burger with no onions (with a lot of mayo). Burgers were good, but the buns were coming apart towards the end. Onion rings were also good. I'll give our overall food experience three stars for this visit.

The overall atmosphere felt off. The staff didn't seem engaged or happy, and there was a noticeable lack of energy. The one bright spot was the woman who took my order--she was polite and professional--but unfortunately, that wasn't the case with the rest of the team. There were also some unprofessional moments, like an employee walking around with sagging pants low enough to expose their butt and boxers, which didn't leave a great impression. Service was very slow and inattentive. It took about four minutes just to have my order taken, then another 17 min to get it even though no one was ahead of me. Another customer who had already ordered was left waiting around 15 minutes for his food. not sure how long prior he was waiting. It seemed like staff were more focused on cleaning than actually assisting customers. The manager didn't appear to be actively leading the team or maintaining a sense of urgency, which likely contributed to the overall experience to why the crew was the way they were. I'd rate this location a 2/10. I've been to many Bojangles locations, and this one unfortunately stands out for all the wrong reasons. I'll be driving the extra distance to another location from now on. oh, my food was cold by the time I got it.

Dogs were great, as were the fries. Food came out quick and the fries were extremely crispy, which is just what you want when they're slathered with chili. They still had a great crisp bite when I dug in after I ate my first dog. By the end of my meal I had a slight sweat going from the heat of the chili, but it was a perfectly delightful spice, not anything overpowering.
