If this place got awards for terrible customer service they would be number one on earth. I just came in there today less than 10 Minutes ago 7:16pm-7:20pm 6/ 23/26. I got eight dollars worth of gas and all I had was a $50 bill and when I gave the cashier the 50 dollar bill he sighed as if I did something wrong or like I stole something from him and when I asked him is there a problem he just stayed quiet stonewalling me like I'm not there. I don't usually like leaving negative reviews because I come there so often I'm not gonna stay quiet and be made uncomfortable for paying with a $50 bill, no can't do. His name was Jaquan M and wear glasses , 0/10 service shit service actually. Y'all do better. And when I called to speak to the manager someone named "Jay" most likely the Jaquan dude was reluctant to give info. Told me a manager named Aaron would be there the next day and their general manager Latonda will not be back until two weeks because she is on vacation. I will and must have this complaint addressed I bet on it.

Deplorable piss is on the floor and a leaking pipe but when I went and told the tall brown sister and the little Mexican manager that it was a situation in the bathroom with piss all over the floor and the pipe leaking. Don't tell me you didn't see that you had heard about this situation in the bathroom you got to walk in piss around the toilets to pee I had to pee really bad and that's the only reason I came and used his bathroom I know him don't use them. But the part I can't understand is I told those ladies and I as I walk out the door they laughed at me like we ain't doing s*** but the brown skin lady got a broom and a f****** mop in her hand and she ain't doing s*** with it but dancing with it. And the manager go right along with her Latin ass laughing too that's a business I don't care how you how you use it or abuse it you got people coming in and out this store every 30 seconds purchasing and needed to use the facilities but you stand up that laughing like it's a joke I know you got to go pee you got to go in that same bathroom cuz it ain't but one so you tell me you walked in that PP today since you been on your shift all day and hadn't got it up it's still in the floor and guess what Ricky like a chicken coop and a horse's been I had to step in that piss to use the toilet you also just put a sign up piss on the floor we're not getting it up right now we going to wait till the end of our shift cuz we don't want to do any what you might just call this a horse's man instead of QuikTrip because this is not the first time it's been reaching with piss and nasty don't get me wrong it's some nasty people go in there they don't care but you supposed to keep a watch you're supposed to keep a log of when you cleaned it up the last time cuz I don't see that in there nothing's on the wall but a little piece of paper in a little holder for complaints. Don't call me or email me or however I hope it's don't email me telling you sorry I don't care I know you sorry cuz you ain't doing s*** in the bathroom that's unhealthy and disgusting you knew about this other people have said they reported it but piss still in the floor with tissue if a pipe was busted it should have ran all the way to the front desk and Florida Georgia people only it gets reported with other people reported online I love you cuz you can't erase this year cuz it's real. After I get in my car then the black lady comes out of the back door where they bring in all the goods from the big tractor trailer and stands there and look around guess you looking for me see if I'm going to report that yes I'm reporting her right now. It's not serious to you serious to me I have to walk in that place with my shoes on come to my car and disinfect my bottom of my shoes cuz I didn't want to put piss in my car. Yes on the same lady that told them the same thing I'm telling you they did nothing they'll clean it up tonight at the end of this year cuz they don't want to clean the bathroom up twice those duties are for everybody that work there. They try to put it off on the younger kids center to clean up the toilet and bathrooms everybody get a turn at QuikTrip I know I've read it before. Discussing and unsanitary and for y'all to laugh I should have took a picture of their asses. Do what's do what's safe and sanitary for your customers that patronize your business without us you would be nobody.

This RaceTrac features all the best upgrades that you are now seeing in RaceTrac's...this includes the café, covered patio with fans, yogurt stations, upgraded coffee stations and self check out lanes. I will say outside of the coffee stations that offer iced coffee now (yes!), the self check lanes are my favorite part! You know gas station lines can get long, real quick...not here as they have about 4 -5 self serve checkout lanes and they are phenomenal! Outside of the upgrades, this location is well kept and the service is always fantastic. While I am partial to QT, when I am in the direct area, I always make it point to stop at this RaceTrac!

I've notice that Circle K convenience stores around the metro area are one by one getting a face…read morelift. No more toothless clerks in dark and dingy places where the items on the shelves were made during the Regan administration. The CK of today are bright and clean with surprisingly good coffee, friendly clerks and clean bathrooms. This CK is off of Chastain, George Busbee by Kennesaw State and Townpark Way. If you take Townpark Way you will circle (get it? Circle K and circle...) around to the back of the retail shops such as Dunkin Donuts, Chipote, Capriotti, Panda Express and Tropical Smoothie cafe. Town Park Way dead ends onto Town Park Lane which takes you to another shopping center with Chick Fit A, Panera Bread, Embassy Suites and Ruth Chris Steak House. Town Park Lane takes you back on George Busbee and or Chastain so either way you're going to be fine. This Circle K is connected to a Chevron station.....

Teeny tiny gas station in an itty bitty triangle-shaped lot. Seemed a little bit less expensive…read morethan other gas stations lately, but this is like the only gas station in the general vicinity so they probably do pretty well. Old pumps, and the intersection it's placed at only goes in a few directions, so make sure you get that whole "one way" idea or else you might be doing that "Look, kids, Big Ben!" thing while you're lost in the maze of Kennestone roads. Went into the Circle K this morning at 9am for gas and 5 cups of coffee. All the coffee machines…read morewere empty but the house blend (I'd rather have Columbian) but It was cool I decided to just have the house blend. I asked the cashier if she had any sugar. She stated "no, just what's up there". I commented "so you dont have any sugar". She then took a bag off the shelf and placed it by the coffee machine with an attitude but I thanked her and continued making my coffee. After getting 1 cup filled the machine was empty. I asked the cashier "do you have anymore coffee?" She then stated very obnoxiously "obviously not if its empty! So I left the coffee on the counter and said "I'm sorry we are bothering you since "obviously" you have been so busy making coffee this morning". Seriously??? Why do people have to walk into a store after filling a their tank and deal with this kind of attitude over coffee. Lady...if you hate the job that much than make a change. Don't be nasty to the ones giving you our business.
