When I walk in the door there is a sign that says I have to wear a mask. I gladly abide by that…read morerule. But when I go in the person behind the counter has no mask on and the other employee walking across the floor to stick products has no mask on. I asked the gentleman behind the counter why do you have a sign that says I have to wear a mask when I come in? He kind a looked at me confused. I said if I have to wear a mask don't you have to wear a mask? He then stated "partially". I'm not sure what that means. I explain to him the person wearing the mask is only protecting those around them they're not protecting themselves so by him not wearing a mask me wearing a mask does no good. He ignored what I said bluntly gave me my total and did not seem to care that I was there. Not good customer service.

The service in the three of the store I have stopped in really is not worth stopping for. The clerk did not know the price of the egg rolls and said I am sorry but we do not have these in my store. Then proceed to tell me how they made her come into work today in her day off. I do not care about her personal life I just need to get my things and go back to work. The other store on 29 is always dirty and smells very old. Everyone seems to hide behind the center or outside smoking. I stopped in there the other day and there was a line of people in line and the asst manager was outside smoking and then came in saw the line then walk in the kitchen and disappeared leaving the line to get longer. I now will not stop in any of the Cefco locations. The restrooms seem to be the last on the list of things that seems to never get touched. I will stick to 711 or anywhere else then Cefco. I can now see why they are the only stores the are in bad parts of town or in the country. No one there seems to care about the quality of what a real convenient store really looks like. I do not recommend anyone stopping at the store unless you have really no choice. You have been warned.

While I waited for my tacos to be made I walked around the entire store and noticed dust on most items, quite a few items out of date, many empty boxes on the shelves and a complete lack of any fresh food except for a few pints and gallons of milk. During my entire time in the store the manger continued his loud conversation on the phone and even stayed on the phone during the time that I checked out. He never gave me my total, he never said thanks, he never said goodbye.

I easily found what I wanted. At the register I was greeted, just like I expected from a QuikTrip. And the employee was easily managing the checkout of customers from both sides of the register. I was in and out very quickly. This location is directly on the toll road, so I noticed that the fuel pumps were busy. They are spaced well apart. Also, the pumps are far enough away from the store to allow cars to get in and out of the store without any interference.

I had noticed some problems with slow gas pumps before but never thought much of it except annoyance. Tonight, I went again to buy gas and noticed the pump was running slowly. I went in, went to the bathroom, made a withdrawal at the ATM and a purchase at the counter. I asked the "assistant store manager" what the problem with the tank was. He asked if I was buying midgrade gas, and I told him yes. He then said it would always be that slow, because the pump draws from the regular and premium tank and blends it to make midgrade. Well, most gas stations do it that way, so I went back out. Almost ten minutes had passed at that point and the pump had dispensed only 1.961 gallons of gas. Ridiculous. I went back in and told the assistant manager that and he just shrugged. I asked him to give me the contact information for his area manager because he needed to know how bad the pump was functioning. The "assistant store manager" informed me that he would not do that, and I would have to get that from the store manager. I asked him to call the store manager and get permission. He refused to do that also and said I need to come back tomorrow and ask. At that point I advised him that I would not do that; that I was here now requesting the information; and that if that was his attitude toward customer service, I would not be returning. He did not even ask for my contact information to pass on to his store manager or the area manager. I then had to drive to the nearby Shell station where their blend pump dispensed 11 gallons in just over 2 minutes. If you buy midgrade gas AVOID CEFCO. They have a mechanical problem with their pump and they don't care. One would wonder if the pump is that inefficient, if it can even be trusted to blend the gasoline properly.

He had no problem allowing me to use their phone and ever offered that if I was unable to contact get help, he would use his own vehicle to contact OnStar for me.
