I ordered the pho bowl with chicken broth, brisket, chicken, and added bok choy. My total came to $18.09, and it was ordered to-go. One thing that immediately stood out was how thoughtfully everything was packaged. The proteins, noodles, vegetables, and bok choy were separated from the broth, which helped ensure nothing became soggy before I was ready to eat. The broth came in its own container along with all the traditional fixings, sweet onions, green onions, cilantro, fried onions, jalapenos, and bean sprouts, plus sides of hoisin sauce and Sriracha. The only thing I would have changed is the ratio of toppings I received quite a bit of bean sprouts and would have loved a little more cilantro. I didn't eat my meal until about 10 minutes after returning to my office, and I was pleasantly surprised that the broth was still piping hot. Once I poured the broth over the noodles and toppings, added the fixings, mixed everything together, and let it steam for a few minutes, the result was fantastic. The noodles were the perfect texture, the vegetables just right, and the flavors came together beautifully. I even added my own boiled egg, which took it to another level.
