    Strawberry smoothie

Great location for a Wawa. Came here to cool off with a cold beverage and was craving one of their amazing smoothies. Before I went inside, there was a sign at the door that indicated masks were required. Great first step during this pandemic and ensuring we all do our part in making it safe. I approached one of the kiosks inside and to my pleasant surprise, there seemed to be hand sanitizer at each kiosk. I ordered one mango smoothie for myself and another strawberry smoothie for my husband who was waiting in the car. After placing my order, I used the sanitizer and went to go pay for my order. After paying, my order was ready within 5 minutes. The beverages looked delicious. I also noticed that all the employees inside the store were wearing masks so great second step in helping to do their part. Only thing is I wasn't able to find napkins near the pickup area. Maybe I missed it. Will come back at this spot in the near future

I still love me some Wawa. This gas chain / convenience store is honestly what I wish all gas stations were like. Plenty of pumps, easy / large parking lots, clean store with tons of options including fresh made to order food, and clean bathrooms. It really does show that gas stations can be nice and have a decent experience. This one is much like the others in the area. They have all the same amenities inside, like mac and cheese to order and just your regular bags of chips if you like that option! There are plenty of pumps and hardly ever a wait for them unless you go during a busy after work time, but otherwise pretty open. They are well located so it's easy to get in and out without trouble. Overall: A Another winning station for this chain.

They charge more for 92 octane than the other gas stations in the area charge for 93! Overpriced!

Due to the current hike in gas prices I thought I would save myself time and "gas" and give Wawa a call to find out how much their current premium gas was per gallon. All the other gas stations in the area had no problem giving up the information. When I called I was told it was company policy not to give out that information over the phone. I ended up going to Murphy's by Walmart, because even without a member card they had the cheapest premium gas at $2.91 a gallon for 93 octane. Before making my way on I4 I was curious to see what Wawa was charging and to my surprise it was the most expensive compared to all the other gas stations I called in the area, $2.97!!!! Plus their octane level goes from 87/89/92. They expect me to pay more money for 92 octane. I don't think so! I now understand their company policy. Don't tell idiot Americas how much their current gas prices are because once they get to the pump they'll be too lazy to go anywhere else. Nice try Wawa, you are not fooling this Army Veteran! I work hard for my money!

So many coffee choices. You can also order fresh made lattes and other hot beverages

I never have a bad experience at a WAWA station!! Wawa! Gas, snacks, beer, cold drinks, fountain drinks, awesome coffee, donuts, and a sandwich and hot food bar. My ONLY complaint with WaWa is I wish there were paper towels in the restrooms. The only option to dry your hands after washing is a forced air dryer, which does a great job but after washing my hands I then have to touch the door handle that the guy before me may have touched with his unwashed hands. If there were paper towels or perhaps if the doors opened out so they could be pushed this wouldn't be an issue. Here's my request to ALL places of business! Make the restroom doors open out!! It's much more sanitary!

Great location! Just in the right part of town and very convenient. Today is their first day of opening so just about every uniformed service person in this area is here! They had a greeter at the front door and people to assist with using their brand new touch screens, everyone loves the newness of things. It was packed and very busy. The great part is the warmer next to the register or check out area where they have ready made breakfast sandwiches. I'm in a huge hurry so that was extremely convenient for me. I will definitely return, they were very welcoming and since it's in a way better part of town, I know I'll get to reap the benefits of living so close to here.

As someone who first learned of WaWa years ago when I first started going to my friends' house on the jersey shore, I was stoked to find out they were expanding here in Florida. Like almost everyone, I was a little skeptical of ordering food at a gas station when I first started going. Don't be. It's not gourmet, but it's really good. And what's impressive is the quality and service seem to be standard across the board, no matter what location you go to. It may not be the healthiest, but my guilty pleasure is their Philly cheesesteak. I'd like to think their Pennsylvania roots have something to do with that. The staff at this particular location has always been very friendly. If you're filling up before work, or after a long day, I'd highly recommend giving their food a shot.

Overall I'd come back as I know what to expect from this location. I've visited another location on LEE RD for to-go but I was in and out... I had the Daily Cheesesteak special. $16.95. I added a cheese sauce $1.30. All together 21.36 total.

When I got home, I realized one of the sandwiches from our order was missing. The side and drink for that combo were in the bag, but the sandwich itself was not. By the time I noticed, we were already home. I went into the app where I placed the order, and they did issue a credit for the missing sandwich toward a future purchase, which I appreciated. However, that did not solve the immediate issue. My son was left without his sandwich, so I ended up giving him mine and going without dinner myself. A credit for later does not fix the inconvenience in the moment. The food we did receive was also not up to the usual standard. The fries and sandwich were cold and had to be reheated. The cherry Coke tasted flat, which added to the overall letdown. Chick-fil-A has built a reputation on quality control and attention to detail, so when those things slip, it stands out. I understand mistakes happen, but missing items and cold food from a brand known for excellence feels like a noticeable shift. I hope this was just an off visit, but consistency is what makes this brand stand out in the first place. Everybody in there is genuinely nice, my food is always made fresh, and there's never any attitude. Also, let's address the elephant in the room -- the ice cream machine is NEVER broken. I don't even order ice cream like that, but when I do want a McFlurry, it's always available. Now here's what really made me happy. I was ordering four cookies (two orders of two), and the total came out to around $5.59. The girl at the register stopped me and said, "Hey, I love the cookies too, but you know you can get 13 cookies for $6 instead of paying that for four." I was like... WHAT?! So of course I said, "Give me the 13 cookies." She rang me up, it came out to a little over six dollars, and because it was 13 cookies, they made them fresh. They pulled me up, I didn't wait long at all, got my cookies, and left happy as hell. This location never messes up my food, and honestly, if they ever did, I truly feel like they'd be kind, apologetic, and fix it without any issues. It's not a bunch of kids working here -- it's adults who don't have time to play, and maybe that's why the service is consistently good. The store is always clean, everything is fresh, and yeah... it's McDonald's -- but not every fast-food spot gives this level of service. I think it's important to shout out locations that do it right. Special shoutout to Hannah (with the red hair) who works the drive-through and put me on to the 13 cookies for $6 deal. She was extremely nice and had great customer service. This McDonald's is hands down my favorite location.

A few years back, this store was renovated and it was the hot spot for a minute but now not so much. We had some family in town and were picking up a few to-go items for a quick dinner. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was that Both the McDonalds and Denny's lighted store signs were off. Not a big deal for us but if I was the business owner, I would be all over that. Once inside I waited at least 5 minutes to place an order. Not bad but there was no one in front of me and maybe two or three cars in the drive thru. The main register clerk was in the back and the other workers seemed to be standing around and did not acknowledge my presence. The odd thing about the whole experience was one of the male workers was walking around between the register area and where the guests would wait in line (where I was standing) with his arm in a makeshift sling. He was using a cotton web style Dickies belt to keep his arm in a sling-like-position but was wandering around doing nothing. How hard would it be to say "someone will be right with you"? I ordered two 6-piece McNugget's and two McDouble's from the 2 for $3 menu. The order total was $6.42, which is not a bad deal at all. However, the register clerk neglected to add the BBQ sauce to my order, so then I waited again for someone to acknowledge my presence. It's a shame, the manager was the one who dropped off my order but couldn't take the time to verify I was happy before, blurting out my order number then quickly walking away. Finally, the young gal working the fryer stopped what she was doing to assist. All in all, I was at McDonalds and I can't expect the best of the best, but I can expect more cohesive interaction from leaders and team members working at this store. If I return, I hope to see some changes for the better in the future.
