During our visit gas was only $2.97/gallon regular, which is literally less than HALF PRICE of gas in California and about 20-30 cents cheaper than other gas stations in the area. What a great deal. Food-N-Fun is still on Manhattan but winds up being a hidden gem because it's tucked behind the Best Buy and on the opposite end of Manhattan from the high traffic. Every time I've gone to Food-N-Fun it's been extremely clean and I've never had to wait for a pump. The inside is also well-kept with nice cashiers. I obviously love that it's a hidden gem but I never understand why more people don't just take the 30 second detour and use this gas station instead.

The days they are open are awesome because they're a well stocked convenience store and also serve food, during the lunch hour. The staff is very friendly and always available to assist. The store and the parking lot are always very well kept. The store doesn't accept credit/debit, but there's an ATM available outside of the store. They also sell gasoline and their rates are usually lower than other gas stations. I would definitely recommend stopping by, when they're open. I would suggest the store post concrete business hours on a window or update their profile so that the proper expectations for their hours are understood.

How lucky were we that this place is open 24 hours!…read more An airport mishap caused our bags to go missing and probably won't make it to our hotel until the next day... maybe two... so we stopped by to score basic needs - mostly toiletries. Staff was friendly - even during odd hours of the night - "You have no toiletries?" (Clearly she knew we were tourists.) We explained the whole missing bags thing to clear that up. They had everything we needed - clothes included - because who knows how long before our bags get delivered! Prices were reasonable - none of the tourists rates some places charge. What made it better is that it was only a couple of blocks away from our hotel. We returned a couple more times during the week for more basic stuff - mostly snacks, water and other rehydrating drinks. What I mostly appreciated is how conveniently located it is. In the situation we were in, we were grateful for it being where it is!
